Service at its best. Nothing was ever too much trouble for Bev, Deb and the team. Quick to respond to any query that we had. Made the transaction as smooth as possible. It has been a crazy year to move house but the whole team at Nick Tart have been wonderful. I really appreciate that potential buyers got vetted for affordability and their ability to proceed before they were sent for viewings. I felt very looked after by the team and I know that Louise and Jess went above and beyond to resolve any issues that arose. We bought our previous house from Nick Tart Estate Agents 15 years ago and continue to be impressed by the service provided. We also had their Financial Services team arrange our mortgage so that we got the best product available to us - so much easier than trying our luck sifting through all the lenders out there.

We have given Nick Tart, Ironbridge office 5 stars ⭐️ because of the excellent way in which they marketed a property we wished to sell in Oakengates.The property had 2 full asking price offers within 24 hours and due to no fault of Nick Tart, we successfully completed at the end of January.All the staff at the office were extremely professional, efficient, helpful and patient; we shall be forever grateful to them all for the way they conducted the sale from start to finish.We have already recommended Nick Tart to our friends who are in the process of selling and have accepted a firm offer on their property, made within 4 weeks.Thank you to Paul, Louise, Will and Jess.

Louise and her team at Ironbridge were great. They kept in contact throughout the whole process and answered emails promptly. Louise was great during the negotiation process and we got our dream house within our budget. As first time buyers, everything was new but all staff were great patient and helpful. Collecting keys was quick and easy with a courtesy phone call as soon as the contracts were exchanged. All Covid regulations were in place. I would absolutely use Nick Tart again!

GoogleThis is a slightly different review from the norm but bear with me. If I were selling my house would I let Nick Tart, with Matthew Wheeler at the helm, handle the business? Well, embarrassingly, this is the man whose car I bumped on the Green on a very rainy day in June. There was no-one in the car at the time and I was literally freaking out waiting for the driver to return. When Matthew turned up, I told him what had happened, and he just told me not to worry and was more concerned with keeping me out of the rain and reassuring me that the damage to his car was not as bad as the damage to my own. Only when we swapped business cards did I realise who he was. 6 months later I found out he wasn't even going to send me a bill! Reading some of Nick Tart's other reviews, it is clear that the exemplary way Matthew Wheeler conducts himself in private is definitely a reflection of how he runs his business - professional, polite, reassuring, caring, calm and ethical. Aren't these exactly the qualities we would all look for in our estate agent? So the answer to my question is yes, Team Nick Tart will certainly be getting my business when I decide to sell my house. GoogleMatthew, Jess & Lisa from Tettenhall Branch have been been a breath of fresh air compared to other estate agents. With no success with 2 other agents, Matthew was very helpful in making us decide to go with Nick tart selling my fathers house who sadly passed away last year. The team have acted very professional knowing this was a delicate matter after losing our father & lined up many viewings, with several offers to which one was accepted in December 2019 £5k below asking price. It was touch & go by March when Covid19 hit & all parties were worried about the sale going through as everything shut down. But 2 weeks ago we had completion & our family would highly recommend Nick Tart Estate Agents. Was emotional saying goodbye to 35 years of memories my father & step Mother made in their loved house. GoogleWe decided to change agents and use Nick Tart in Tettenhall, and have to say it was the best decision we made. From the initial call, the entire team have always been polite, professional and only to happy to help. The team were relentless in sourcing good quality viewings and always provided prompt feedback. Even after the sale was agreed, we received regular progress updates from Scott right the way through till completion - which happens to be tomorrow yay! Can’t praise the staff at Nick Tart, Bridgnorth enough. We wouldn’t be where we are without them today, moved into our dream home just three weeks ago. The communication from them was second to none. These agents weren’t representing us, (wished they were), but they found us our perfect property and kept us in the loop throughout the process. Buying and selling is never straightforward and very stressful but Bev and Michelle guided us step by step through the whole process and did actually take lot of the stress away.
