What can i say about Nick Tart....

What can i say about Nick Tart..... well for a start they did in 8 weeks what another local estate agent couldn't do in 40..... sold our house. I dealt with the Bridgnorth branch and I've got to say that they were fantastic from the start, professional, personal, polite, always available and nothing and i do mean nothing was too much trouble.Always answered the phone and never lost that sense of being up beat, no mater how many times i called or how many stupid questions i asked.My only regret is that we couldn't have brought a house with them as well as selling with them. Big thanks in particular to Alan and Beverley, if your boss reads this then a pay rise wouldn't go a miss. Discusting treatment and awful communication

this company has treated me like a joke. They didn't contact regarding any discrepancies with regards to claiming the deposit back , I then emailed them weeks after having no contact from them to be told that there was damages ( I was never given the chance to fix this so they have basically stolen my deposit). Also since leaving they have put my details to an energy company who I have never been with and been billed after the tennancy finished! I presumed this error has been fixed as i recived nothing back from them but weeks later after emailing them i was then told that due to GDPR they couldn't help? So its ok for them to give personal information out when Im not even in the property but they cant help after when they said they could (once again not even having the courtesy to contact me) Stay well clear!

Four years ago, we sold our home through Nick Tart. After meeting 3 or 4 different prospective agencies, we settled on Nick Tart because they seemed to focus more on our individual home with their initial assessment of valuation, the market and the profile of prospective buyers. We were extremely impressed with the exceptional quality of the sales brochure and the speed with which it was produced. In the event, the legal part of the sale process was much slower than ideal, due to difficulties we had in obtaining a heating certificate the Buyer insisted was crucial. Without Nick Tart, we truly believe we would have lost the sale. Thank goodness, Nick Tart’s professionalism and determination ensured the sale did finally go through without a hitch For these reasons, we recommended Nick Tart to our parents 3 months ago when they decided to move. Once again, Nick Tart delivered on the quality of the sales particulars and found a buyer very quickly. The difficulty this time was that my parents couldn’t decide which property to buy and delayed the purchase of their new home until the eleventh hour. We were able to rely on Nick Tart’s professionalism once again; they managed each part of the property chain, soothing fractured nerves, keeping solicitors in touch and oozing confidence all would be ‘fine in the end’ So, why should you use Nick Tart Estate Agents?
