Very bad service, unprofessional and rude. After doing everything they asked and paying the £360 fees and providing a guarantor and having all checks carried out to a "satisfactory standard".We were told we could not have a tenancy with no real explanation. We had lost our fees and there's nothing we can do about it. I didn't want to give one star but had no choice as wanted to leave a review, so others can see what they are like.

GoogleThe house sale was very protracted due to the personal circumstances of the buyer hence it was important that they updated me whenever they had anything for me and also when they didn't. Lisa in partucular was very helpful.

GoogleFemale sellers would probably be advised to steer clear of Nick Tart Wolverhampton branch. Despite the fact that none of the staff had met my husband and I dealt with all aspects of the sale of our jointly owned home, all correspondence was put in the name of my husband. I found this outdated and disrespectful. I think this branch is stuck in the 1950s!

GoogleExcellent service, I have recently been involved in two other house sales not a patch on Nick Tart . If I need to use an estate agent in future I wouldn’t use anyone else but Nick Tart. I used the Tettenhall branch for the sale but did view properties via the Bridgnorth branch. Very professional always called back when promised 5 stars
