Me and my husband have recently purchased a house with connells and also gone with their mortgage advisor. From the very beginning they were so helpful always getting back to you swiftly and happy to help with any queries you may have. We started off with having viewings with another estate agent but Charlotte put us in touch with their mortgage advisor Jenny who was happy to help us even though we had an offer on a property through another estate agent, she was so helpful with her advice and always there for me when i had any questions. Things fell through with that house and in the end we were offered a viewing by Charlotte for a property that they had which had just come back on the market that day and we were the first viewing! We had an offer accepted the very next day and started the proceding with the help of Jenny who ran through everything again with us and Jackie who dealt with all procedings with our solicitors and was our first point of contact. Jenny, Jackie and Charlotte were always so friendly, helpful, professional and nothing wss ever too much trouble i certainly recommend buying and having a mortgage with connells as they take a whole load off your mind. From start to finish Connell's really made me feel comfortable and relaxed. My Partner and I have recently purchased our first home, and we used Connell's for everything as we wanted an easy ride to it all. Amo is a fantastic broker and very easy to work with. Jackie & Helen on the sales team have helped us so much through some difficult times and kept us going, couldn't of done it without them. We also used Connell's Conveyancing, you pay a little extra but you get an easy to use online dashboard, help on the phone whenever you need it and really helpful conveyancing team. Would use again and would recommend.

Best Estate Agency ever. Lee Cooke is a true professional and runs a fantastic team. Lee sold our house within a few days of it going on the market, they were so efficient in getting the particulars turned around quickly and they looked amazing. Jackie delt with our sale and was absolutely amazing, she kept me updated every step of the way and gave us the reassurance we needed and saw us through to a quick completion even in a big chain. Cannot thank Lee and Jackie enough for all their hard work. 5 stars from me, keep up the excellent work and I will definitely be using Connells Wolverhampton when I decide to move again.

Jackie was amazing at progressing the sale and gave regular updates. I would give Jackie 5 stars but unfortunately I did have issues with a lack of updates and feedback from Connells sales team. I was also not impressed with the person who gave the valuation, he omitted to give me vital information and was very unprofessional when I complained. Thumbs up to Jackie, without her I was about to withdraw the property from sale.

We put our property on sale with Connells, Wolverhampton in order to make our 15+ years dream of retiring to Spain a reality. Our property sold quite quickly but fell through due to the purchaser being a timewaster! We were gutted and had to accept that our dream was not happening this year! Lee Cooke came to see us on a Sunday afternoon (his day off) and talked us step by step through the process of selling. He came up with a really good valuation and a very competitive quote for selling.
