I cannot speak highly enough of Aisha in the lettings department. I first had contact with her as a landlord when she let out my flat in Dudley, and was impressed by her professionalism , enthusiasm and general knowledge of the local market. She is always available to answer queries and brings customer service to a new level. Since then she has moved to the Wolverhampton branch, and as a result of her sound advice I have decided to buy a property to let out through Connells in Wolverhampton. I fully trust her judgement to the point where I am more than happy to make investment decisions based on her recommendations. This is the second time that I have used Connells in Wolverhampton to sell a home. I have been delighted by the personal service provided. Starting with the Manager, Lee , who has fantastic local knowledge of how to pitch the launch at the right price . The follow up staff then see the process through with timely detailed feedback from prospective buyers. The after sales service is equally thorough, following through with solicitors and buyers acting as an essential link. Lee can be contacted at any stage if you have any concerns. Could not recommend more highly.

“I had a very disappointing experience with this estate agent. I booked and confirmed an appointment on my phone, and I even called the office when I arrived at the property after traveling from London. The office assured me that someone would be there shortly, but after waiting for 20 minutes, I called again only to be told that the colleague had already left the property. This was very frustrating, especially since I was clearly waiting outside the property and no one informed me about them being inside or leaving. I had explained beforehand that I didn’t have extra time, as I needed to get back to London to pick up my daughter from school. The lack of communication and poor customer service was really disappointing

Avoid at all costs, they ignore basic tenant repair laws of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985. Homes (Fitness for Human Habitation) Act 2018. They let me suffer with a broken shower floor for almost 6 months and kept the property in a complete destitute situation for me which they acquired at the start of my tenancy. They don’t even check the first floor kitchen state of property for completely unusable and poor state of fridge and completely broken freezer and say they have cleaning staff but keep the property disgustingly filthy. And to top it off they will claim this completely destitute state of living and poor facilities will be the tenants fault, and try and blame you for moving in when it was like this all along.

From our first initial contact I cannot fault the immpecable service we have received from everybody associated with Connells Wolverhampton. Mr Lee Cooke was the complete professional offering us guidance whenever we needed it, he also explained the process of selling our property clearly and put us at ease. All the sales staff were productive and incredibly helpful and polite. Mr Amo Kalirai, is also a terrific asset to Connells, providing us with humour but also an incredibly seemless service which instead of being a chore was actually an enjoyable experience. Cannot recommend highly enough...... in fact we are back again buying our next property.
