Emma Vickers and the after sales team at Connells Wolverhampton were very helpful at every stage of the post sale process. Completion was delayed for reasons to do with the Land Registry and the survey, but Emma was always reassuring and upbeat when I expressed anxiety about progress. I was kept informed of developments at every stage, and I felt comfortable about calling her and the team with questions or concerns. I was very grateful for their support throughout the the process until it came to a satisfactory conclusion.

Connells wolverhampton were the estate agents we chose to sell my Dads property. Sam came to value Dads house and gave us honest advice he kept intouch up until the property went live on iamsold auction site where Rachel took over. I also got intouch with Alison with the recommendation from a friend as the property hadn't sold. It has now been sold and Sam contacted me the day after to discuss next steps. We have recently sold a rental property using Connells in Wolverhampton, the whole experience went smoothly and all the staff were friendly and very helpful. I asked for a valuation on my late Mothers house, Lee Cooke came out to see me and found him very down to earth very easy to speak to he explained everything in a way anyone could understand. Due to a family member deciding to buy the property I did not have to use an estate agent. I spoke to Lee and explained what had happened, he was very pleased I had sold it that way and even offered to assist me in the future if I needed any advice or assistance. I would not hesitate to use Connells in the future.

My experience with sales negotiator Jessica Bell at Connells was wonderful! Jessica is such a sweet, warm and wonderful person. Jess is very friendly and actioned my queries timely. She conducted the sale of my purchase efficiently and effectively when the results from the searches come back to assist in the renegotiation process to secure a price both myself and seller were satisfied with.
