Connell Wolverhampton made it very seamless in letting me a property. Sophia May was amazing, very supportive through her daily emails where she always reminded me on what needs to be done, she has a good follow up skills, when I met her at the office, she was not different from what I imagined, although I was expecting to see someone older but her presence made everything top notch. I’ve had an excellent experience with Connells from start to finish. Ross and the team were brilliant in getting the ball rolling, which made selling and buying a breeze. Communication was on point, I was always kept in the loop with all the feedback and goings-on. Ross also recommended using their mortgage broker, and it was so worth it. Wendy was fantastic, she explained everything thoroughly and got me a better deal than I could have expected. I’m really happy with the service Connells have provided and would recommend them to anyone!

We have been with Connells for six months and unfortunately the service has been extremely disappointing. We received only a small number of viewings, with several buyers failing to show up, and Connells made no effort to follow up or keep us informed. There was no sense of urgency or proactive marketing. Not the level of service we expected.

We have used Connells in Wolverhampton for many sales and can honestly say that we wouldn't consider using any other estate agent than Lee Cooke and his team to sell our properties in Wolverhampton. Great after sales service from Jackie Witton at Connells. It turns out that it was Jackie who handled our last house sale 15 years ago - now I’m handing over the keys to the family home I bought all that time ago. I only realised this when I was clearing out all my paperwork! Jackie is highly responsive and empathetic, especially when tensions are running high (which they invariably do when you’re in the house selling/buying process!) Thanks Jackie and all at Connells for seeing our house sale through to completion and freeing us up to start the next stage of our lives.

Useless company adivce people avoid them total messers rude and arogant called up made enquiries about 2 properties i seen they told me on phone we will get back to you in 24 to 48 hours its been 4 weeks since then not a single call back did even email them they ignore emails aswel dont bother replying back. They favour their investors more who give them a little tip or back handers on properties. Connels is a total waste of space and time

I'm currently in the process of selling with Connells. I must say, the staff have made it a very easy process. Always at hand to give guidance where needed. Samuel Thorneywork was fantastic. When I stressed that the solicitors I was using through Connells at first (Davisons) were not up to scratch. He recommended another company that they use. Premier Property lawyers. So far so good. Thank you Sam. Alex Charlotte. Wonderful staff who make you feel comfortable and at ease. Jackie, my sales progression Manager is great. She keeps me up to date with everything. And keeps it simple. Overall, Connells are more expensive but so far I cannot fault the service that I've received.

Wondering if this place deals with connells in great barr worst one has to be going they seem to be scamming everyone!! After going through the reviews with the lowest stars it makes sense why none of the offers were coming back to me Seems like they show no interest to new customers, have been told by madeha I will be hearing back with responses to my offer. Have sent off multiple emails which have not been responded to waste of time this place is and by speaking to locals now I know why they seem to be some "favouritism" in this work place back
