When I met with Michael I explained my situation of why I needed to sell my house in. short timeframe. Michael and Rebecca were fantastic and we managed to sell and complete within 3-4 months. Their communication was great and updated me on every step pf the journey. It was a really tough time for me personally so having Michael and Rebecca take care of my sale wasn't taken for granted. Really appreciated their help with everything as selling can be stressful but this experience was not. Thank you

GoogleWe cannot thank Michael Sharpe enough. We have been on a lengthy difficult journey purchasing a property, with innumerable unimaginable problems, but Michael has helped us navigate the process at every hurdle. Prospect sold our property very quickly, but purchasing ours, was another story. Thanks Michael for all the negotiating, constant updates and hard work that you put in. We couldn’t have done it without you.

I had a great experience working with the team at Prospect during my recent house purchase. Daniel Simmonds was fantastic early on, showing me the property before it even hit the market and facilitated questions between myself and the seller during the negotiation stage. Once my offer was accepted, Michael Sharp took over and provided excellent communication throughout the process. He stayed proactive by constantly getting updates from both the buyers and sellers within the chain, ensuring everything kept moving forward. Overall great service!!

As a landlord, managing a property remotely can be stressful. Thankfully with Nikki Gardner as the property manager I don't have to worry so much. Nikki does a great job in keeping the wheels oiled and ensuring everything runs smoothly both from the landlord and the tenant viewpoint. Nanci is a pro-active property manager looking after our portfolio of properties. The change between tenancies are well handled and appropriate utilities and council are informed, taking the stress away from the landlords. Issues with the tenants are dealt with promptly.

My family and I rented a house from Prospect in 2021 until 2025. Our experience was made very easy by all the staff we encountered over the years. Everyone was always kind, friendly and professional. One person in particular who deserves recognitionn is Angela Jennings, who was our Property Manager. We had many dealings with her over the years. To say she was just helpful would be an understatement, she went above and beyond in every way for us. Angela was utterly dedicated in helping us secure our Deposit back, going through TDS, explaining the processes, and always on hand to help with absolutely everything, just being there when we needed her for guidance and support. Angela is an absolute credit to Prospect. We as a family have so much respect and gratitude to Angela Jennings. Thank you to all at Prospect. A highly recommended company to deal with. It was my first time renting a property through Prospect, and the overall experience was acceptable. There were some communication issues with one of the previous property managers, which unfortunately meant we were unable to renew the tenancy at our preferred rate. However, after Nikki Gardner took over, she handled the end‑of‑tenancy process smoothly and professionally. She also assisted me in resolving an issue with OVO Energy mistakenly opening an account in my name, and thanks to her support, we were able to receive our full deposit back without any problems.

Flat was in a terrible state on the day of moving in. We had to request a clean and numerous repairs. Letting manager ignored my complaints until I escalated it. This would have been a 1 star review, but I've given an extra star because our property manager Vickie was friendly and helpful throughout the 2 years of renting.

Lynne has been amazing. If there is something that needs fixing in our home Lynne gets it sorted as soon as possible. We had a few issues with our next door neighbour and Lynne helped us get this sorted and also checked in with us to make sure us and our children were ok. We have been renting for 3 years and cannot fault Lynne and everything she has done for us and our family. She has been amazing.

I used Prospect in Wokingham to help me sell my home. Beth Murphy was excellent - she was professional at all times and was genuinely excited about my house and the potential for buyers. She made me feel at ease at all times and gave a realistic and honest valuation that I was happy with, meaning that the house was only on the market for a week! She kept in contact throughout the process and was excellent towards the end at getting everything through to completion when solicitors were dragging their feet. If I ever need to sell/buy again, Prospect (and Beth in particular) would be my first port of call.

One of the best businesses I’ve encountered in the UK. I stayed in a Prospect-managed property in Berkshire and they’ve been incredibly professional throughout the tenancy. This includes check-in management issue reporting and renewal. Even when I requested a rolling contract during the property purchase the agency and landlord communication was spot on. Sophie handled the checkout and was very professional and diligent in communicating. I received my deposit back even before a month, which is unusual in the UK market.

TrustpilotShocking lack of care, unaddressed safety hazards, and total radio silence
I moved into a property managed by this agency almost 2 months ago, and the experience has been incredibly frustrating. Despite identifying and officially logging multiple high-priority safety and structural issues on their Fixflo system, the agency has gone completely silent and ignored multiple emails and phone calls. We are currently living with a faulty front door lock (a major security risk), unstable sunken internal stairs, a loud water tank defect causing severe sleep deprivation, and black mould. To make matters worse, a contractor sent by the landlord literally drilled holes into a utility door, abandoned the job unfinished, and stopped answering calls. Furthermore, despite a verbal agreement during our viewing that we did not need the landlord's white goods, the agency refused to remove them. They forced us to move them onto the driveway, where they blocked our parking space and were ruined by the rain. Due to the agency's prolonged delays in collecting them, one of the appliances was actually stolen last week (which has been reported to the police). The most frustrating part is that we have tried to be cooperative, even accommodating the landlord’s urgent mortgage surveyor, yet our good faith has been met with total neglect. Because the agency has failed to meet their statutory obligations and basic contractual duties, we have now been forced to escalate this entire matter to The Property Ombudsman and the local Council's Environmental Health Team. Prospective tenants beware: once you sign the contract, your safety and communication no longer seem to be a priority for this team.
