As a landlord I have worked with Prospect for a good many years now and with Nikki Gardner as the property manager for a number of them. Nikki is really easy to work with, has the ability to balance the needs of the landlord with those of the tenant, and is responsive to requests when asked. She isn't afraid to follow up when needed and ensures any issues end in a successful outcome no matter how long it takes. I know I am in safe hands working with Nikki. In the end we are going with a property from another agent, but I would like to thank Dan from Prospect Wokingham for his excellent manner (always polite and never patronising) when we viewed 3 properties through him. Dan goes the extra mile to ensure the potential buyer's experience is smooth and stress-free. He is really proactive in suggesting viewings of suitable properties, without being pushy. He does his research on the properties and no question is too much or too 'silly'. He also seems to be able to secure viewings at remarkably short notice which was greatly appreciated. So far he is by far the best agent I have dealt with in Wokingham and I would highly recommend him to any other potential buyers.

I’ve had a really positive experience working with Nikki at Prospect. She has been consistently professional, responsive, and easy to deal with throughout our tenancy. Nikki handled our renewal smoothly, ensuring all documentation was clear and completed promptly, and was also very helpful in liaising with the landlord to negotiate a more manageable rent increase. Buying our apartment via Prospectus Estate Agent

The support provided by Prospectus Estate Agent, from the initial property viewing through to placing an offer and completion, was smooth and well-managed. At each stage, different members of the Prospectus team were involved, and the transitions between teams were seamless. Responses were prompt, follow-ups were timely, and the staff were consistently friendly. Communication was clear and professional throughout the process, which made the experience reassuring. However, the service from the conveyancer recommended by the estate agent was less efficient. Some enquiries went back and forth for several weeks, resulting in avoidable delays and a degree of frustration.

We were selling using a power of attorney so needed to get multiple quotes, we chose prospect because they seemed to not just professional but confident in selling the property. Unfortunately after selling the house the owner passed away so the sale had to be transferred to the company looking after the estate, Lloyds bank estate service. Nikki Gardner has been my property manager for a number of years now providing a fully managed service for my two properties. She is very efficient in advising of any issues brought to her attention and arranging rectification works to be carried out which is perfect for my situation as I now live in Somerset following retirement. On the rare occasion Nikki is not around e mails are picked up by a colleague and responded to in a timely manner. Our chain sale process was complicated with months of waiting for the legal work to finish and vast documentations, but Ross, Akansha & their team were throughout the process of this long 5 months by constantly supporting and updating us with the development.
