Tristan Lee at Prospects helped me in letting my property in Lower Earley, Reading. It was a real pleasure to work with Tristan as he is very Customer Orientated, listens, is polite and friendly and delivered the results. He arranged the viewings whilst tactfully and diplomatically dealing with the tenants vacating the property and in a short time secured new tenants to the property. During the entire process, Tristan kept me updated. Tristan came across as very well organised and disciplined. I really enjoyed my experience dealing with him and would recommend him to anyone.

Prospect was an outstanding help! After being told that our rented house was being sold and time was of the essence to find a new home for my family of 5, Tristan was the one who made that happen. Dealing with roughly 5 different agencies, Tristan was the only one who checked in at least once a week during my search (and more when he had properties to offer). He made the experience feel personable, which I feel is quite important during a time of uncomfortable change.

Tristran has been helping us in the research of our ideal home. He took our challenge on board straight away unlike other estate agents in Wokingham. We have 2 dogs and finding a house that would consider pets it's not the easiest thing. He was very patient and professional with us and managed to find a very good sized property as we wanted. I have a property in wokingham. I retired in August 2015 and moved to Cyprus. Harry at wokingham office managed my property let very successfully. He sorted out lots of viewing and problems with 2 tenants agreeing to rent and then pulling out the day before. Finally finding a very good tenant who moved in agreeing a 12 month contract.he has now paid 4 month's rent ontime. As a overseas landlord my property management is in safe hands with Harry and his team. Thank you everyone in wokingham office . A word of special thanks to Sarah as well. We have just bought our first property through Prospect in Wokingham, and the way the whole team took us from start to finish was a refreshing change to what we had experienced with any other Estate Agent. From our very first viewing Ellen, they were helpful and informative and once our offer was accepted they called us weekly with updates with how the sellers' search for a home was going. Throughout the buying process, we dealt with Phil, Ellen, Ryan and Daniel and whoever we spoke to, was upbeat, positive and would answer any questions we had... and we had a lot of questions as nervous first time buyers!!!
