I would just to say thank you to Kodie Brooks for all that she has done for us in the past. Kodie went above and beyond most letting agents I have dealt with the past helping us both during the letting of the property and the check out. I would highly recommended Kodie Brooks and must say she is an asset to the Prospect Bracknell team.

TrustpilotDo you want an honest, friendly professional to deal with your property search?
Whilst I didn’t end up buying a property through Prospect, Connor Brewer was one of the best people I met through this process. Out of all the emails I sent to many different agents, he responded first. He was professional, informative, patient(!) and completely understood my needs. I can’t thank him or recommend him enough. He is a star! I’d also mention that I certainly did not receive the same service from other Prospect offices!

TrustpilotAfter little success with other agents…
After little success with other agents I did a long walk with the dog in the local area on a spotting exercise and found a lot of properties were being sold by Prospect. When you meet the team at the Aldershot branch you realise why, they are so personable and Dexter especially is a joy to deal with.I found it hard selling as my wife died and there was a lot to deal with, but Dexter and Prospect have assisted me in the process making it less stressful.

TrustpilotSasha has been great
Sasha has been managing my property for four months now. She has dealt with a tenancy renewal and organised redecoration. All correspondence has been polite and friendly, and importantly patient (as I often need reminders) and everything has gone well.I have found her professional and helpful, and hope that she will stay managing my property in to the future as she is very good.

GoogleI was looking for a flat to rent. I saw the advert online and decided to call Prospect. I spoke to Tristan and as the call progressed I knew that he was a person I could trust. He was very helpful and answered all my questions in detail. Tristan also informed me about three other flats that matched my requirements. He was very honest throughout the process. I forgot to let Tristan know that I wanted a break clause on my contract. He spoke to the Landlord again to get that agreed despite the fact that I had made an offer on the flat already without the break clause. Through the whole process Tristan and his team were very helpful and my house move went really well. I am really pleased with the service I was provided and I highly recommend Prospect.

Thank you to all the team at Prospect Warfield but a special thanks to Paul & Beth who most of our dealings were with. From the moment Paul stepped through the front door to the day I handed the keys over they were professional, respectful & extremely helpful despite all the issues that were thrown at them. If you are in Warfield & you want to sell your house just ring Paul.
