TrustpilotGreat help from the Prospect Estate Agency Team
I have just started renting using Prospect Estate Agency, and I have been impressed with the level of help and information hey have given me. A shout out to Kurt Owen, who initially helped and was great at assisting me with getting started, Aidan Enriquez, who helped me solve issues that I was having from my side and Carla Munro, who has been really awesome and helpful after I moved in.

TrustpilotHighly recommend Agnese @ Prospect
We can highly recommend Agnese and Prospect as a Lettings and management company. After several tenancies due to unforeseen circumstance during Covid19 we were looked after superbly by Agnese whose prompt and courteous communication with us and the landlord made the whole check in, rental period and check out as smooth as possible. They go the extra mile compared to other agents and provide a more personalised experience.

TrustpilotBig thanks to Beth
Would like to thank Beth for being such a big help in the search for our forever home. Nothing was ever too much trouble, she really is a credit to the company. Unfortunately our circumstances have changed which has put a halt on purchasing a property, but once we're ready to buy again Beth will definitely be our first point of call.

TrustpilotThanks Beth!
After a long and painful search for a property that fulfilled most of our requirements, Beth was not only proactive in facilitating this, she also went out of her way to make sure we found the perfect property within our budget. It was a delight dealing with her through the purchase process and she kept us informed right through making the process as stress free as possible. Thanks Beth!

TrustpilotIt all worked out well in the end with Prospect, Wokingham!
Despite being a little bit quick to ask us to decrease the sale price of our Parent’s house when we put it up for sale with Prospect and comparing it to other houses in the area that were in my view “not comparable” -it has all worked out well. And we have SOLD with Prospect. Beth Murphy’s communications were very good and her advice was invaluable when dealing with the prospective purchaser. She kept with us throughout the process, which was a little bit complex and in the end, we sold to the first viewer, at only a small discount to the asking price. We are very happy with Prospect and the result.

TrustpilotGreat service
I have just sold my house in Reading through Prospect and I'm so happy with the service provided. Michael was my main point of contact, he was always available to answer any questions and was extremely helpful when the first offer fell through. Aimee (Transaction Support Coordinator) kept in constant communication throughout the process of the sale and again, was really helpful. Would highly recommend.

TrustpilotAwful awful awful experience
We had an awful awful awful experience the letting assistant manager Betsy Harmer. We are a family of 4 with very young children. We relocated back to the U.K. from Asia and rented a temporary accommodation based on property photos from abroad. 1 week before checking, in my wife wanted to confirm the conditions of the property as she requested to Mrs Harmer, as condition for the tenancy, for the garden to be tidy and the property cleaned. The garden was in horrendous condition. We were concerned that the garden could represent a hazard for the children due to rats or mice. We called and called Betsy and complained about this. She asked us if we were ok to start living in the property until a gardener was found. However, she never solved our problem with the garden. In fact, she asked us to send photos and videos of it, which concerned us as we would have expected for the letting agency to do a check themselves. I found a gardener in 3 hours after checking in and proposed this and gave a quote to Betsy as well as the gardener’s availability to do the work. She said this was not authorised and forbid us to proceed. To protect my family, I decided to hire the gardener myself and pay from my own pocket. Horrendous service from this company and this person. Beyond awful. Do not recommend. In addition, the house was not cleaned, there were numerous marks in the walls. We had to give notice the 1st day. Please do not rent properties with these individuals.

TrustpilotDan(Daniel Simmonds) at Wokingham…
Dan(Daniel Simmonds) at Wokingham Prospect branch has been fantastic in helping us in our property search. He takes keen interest in understanding customer needs and really makes an effort to send the right properties that are suitable and inline with customer needs (very rare from our experience). He also is very thorough and gets into the detail, providing us with additional information as requested. He always goes the extra mile and is always at the other end of the phone for any of my questions and yet not imposing. We would without hesitation recommend him to anyone who wants to find their next ideal home! We hope to find our ideal next home through Dan.
