Amanda Jenkins has been an absolute superstar since taking over as our property manager. From day one, she's been incredibly responsive, helpful and genuinely empathetic, keeping us updated every step of the way and always making us feel like our concerns matter. Fantastic experience

Fantastic experience. I have just finished my PhD, and for my new job, I needed a fast relocation from the North. This is, of course, stressful, but thanks to Gracie's efforts, I had some viewings and found a brilliant flat in a very short time. Also, one thing that really stood out to me about them is that they are very transparent and genuinely want to find a good place for you with no strings attached - something that I am not used to after being in the 'student enviroment' for so long! Best in berkshire

One of the best businesses I’ve encountered in the UK. I stayed in a Prospect-managed property in Berkshire and they’ve been incredibly professional throughout the tenancy. This includes check-in management issue reporting and renewal. Even when I requested a rolling contract during the property purchase the agency and landlord communication was spot on. Sophie handled the checkout and was very professional and diligent in communicating. I received my deposit back even before a month, which is unusual in the UK market.
