I recently went through a very bad time in my life, as I lost my husband very unexpectedly. Saffron and her team at Prospect were wonderful, caring, supported and helped me change everything over to my name. Then when it was time for me to move, Saffron was again there. Nothing was too much trouble and she always replied to my emails promptly. I would highly recommend her and Prospect Realty.

I am not one to leave reviews but I will make an exception this time. I can't thank Aimee Smith enough,for her professional behaviour, during my sale. Aimee, took on all the constant battles that went on between both conveyancing teams and was the only ray of hope in sorting out the issues, that arised. Aimee, kept me informed and through her hard work,she managed to salvage a dire situation.I really can't thank her enough.

After already being in my rental property for 6 months I had a quick query that needed addressing.I contacted the main number and quickly got through to the right office. I spoke to Julie Jacobs and she dealt with my query with understanding and care from the start. My query was resolved and followed up the next day too.Shout out to Lloyd Richardson too. I would definitely recommend Agnese at prospect as our property manager . She has very efficiently handled a variety of issues we have had at a property we let out . What I find makes Prospect different from other estate agents is that we have one dedicated property manager for our property who is aware of all the issues and there is a consistency of approach rather than dealing with a different person every time .

I would recommend Prospect. They are a lot better than my previous agency, and are always prompt and professional. Sasha is great, cautious and professional. I should get her as my PA. My recent annual renewal went through smoothly and swiftly and I like the use of digital records, unlike the previous firm who always used post and paper records. I cannot comment on other reviews, but I am very satisfied for now

We were genuinely impressed with Prospect Letting Agency having recently moved, especially with the complications of covid and the fact we needed to move at short notice. They were honest and super quick to arrange viewings. We were impressed by Anna who kept in constant communication, not just with us, but with the landlord and tenants too. Have had a very positive experience with Prospect Estate Agency and feel blessed to have found them. Staff are super friendly and helpful and went out of their way to let me return to potential rental properties numerous times to view, get measurements etc. They responded to any emails, phone calls or text requests very promptly and really take pride in their service. A person can also see that they have taken the time to ensure good, reliable and pleasant people work for them.
