Hat and Home is a contemporary Estate Agency which gives a nod to tradition and a wink to nostalgia. Founded by Ben, a Wokingham resident with over 20 years in the property industry, our promise is to make moving home a fantastic experience. We are a property services company with our customers at the heart of everything we do. We know how important the sale or let of your property is to you, so we will do everything we can to get you the best possible result. After all, if you are happy with what we do for you, then you are more likely to shout about us from the rooftops. We are really proud to live by our company values and they are the driver behind everything we do. We hold ourselves to account and we expect our customers to hold us to account as well. GoogleSince starting my search I have seen some of the worst estate agents known to man, they have been ignorant, rude and just don't care. We were almost going to give up our search... Then my partner and I did a few viewings with Jack and have been really impressed, had plenty of time to answer our questions and there was loads! Jack was very helpful and knowledgeable in the area.

GoogleI highly recommend Hat and Home. From the moment they took on my house sale until the sale was complete they were amazing. Luke kept me up to date with how the sale was proceeding and sorted the inevitable hiccups that occur with a long chain.They were efficient, friendly and supportive, and went well beyond what was necessary to make moving less stressful. A five star service from a five star agency.

FacebookThank you so much to Ben and team at Hat & Home for selling my late mothers flat. We had just about given up hope after trying two local established agents with very few viewings when we thought we would have one final attempt and try Hat & Home. What a complete breath of fresh air the team were! All other agents could do was complain about market or suggest we drop price. Ben suggested leaving price, use digital tools to stage house and would push to a new market. Within a few weeks we had multiple viewings and two offers! Not only did Hat & Home perform the viewings but kept in regular weekly update on viewings which is something other agents failed to do. At no point did we feel we were just another person on their books but the team were working hard behind scenes to sell this for us. Well done Hat & Home, would definitely recommend to anyone. GoogleBobby is a great Estate Agent. She comes across as genuine and personable, unlike some agents who seem to lie and push for a sale. She seems to have a good rapport with both sellers and buyers. Bobby remembers buyers and their needs and offers exclusive viewings before a property that might suit goes 'live' online. She's brilliant and we thoroughly recommend her.

I can particularly recommend Lily who organised our sale and who was professional, diligent and friendly and Jack who ably assisted us through the conveyancing side of things. GoogleI can't speak highly enough of Hat and Home, Daniel and the team were always available when I needed. Messages were always answered and dealt with promptly by Daniel. Even when we came upon certain difficulties with the sale I always had confidence in Daniel to resolve the problem. Would highly recommend Hat and Home to anybody looking to sell or buy in the area.

GoogleHat & Home have been so unbelievably helpful to us, acting as a confidential go between on our property sale through another estate agent when it was wobbling (at no cost to us, just because they knew it was the right thing to do). They do this by being incredible human beings. Their energy and enthusiasm is what every estate agent should be like - listening first, understanding needs and then going all out to meet or exceed those needs. GoogleLiv Gamlen helped us with our rental and she went above and beyond to help us get our house, she replied at all times , she even worked after hours. Liz made sure to keep me updated even if it was at 9pm at night. Very very good agency Hat and Home Wokingham has got a really good staff member.
