Hat and Home were an absolute pleasure to work with. From the off set Luke was knowledgeable of the market place and prompt to get my property on the market asap as I’d asked. I then dealt with Davina with regards to viewings and updates, and she was always helpful and lovely to speak to. As a company they were all very responsive and always easy to get hold of. I wouldn’t use any other agent if I was to sell again.

Finding a property and renting with Hat and Home has been a very positive experience. I had been finding the process of finding a property to rent very stressful for several months. From the beginning with the viewing with Liz Gamlen, it was a completely different situation. Liz has been fantastic. Liz was very helpful in making sure the property was right for me and organising everything that needed to be sorted. There is a lot to communicate at the start of the tenancy and Liz always responded really quickly and just made it all really painless. Definitely would recommend, thank you very much 😊

We registered our interest in a property in Crowthorne with Hat & Home and received a call back from Dan straight away. He took the time to really understand what we wanted from our next move, which was our forever home. Dan was able to find a range of the right type of properties for us to view and by using his extensive network, we have finally found our forever home, which we complete on in a few weeks. Dan is a true professional. His knowledge of the local area is excellent and he went the extra mile to watch our 3 and 5 year old, so my husband and I had the time to really look round the properties. This is no mean feat in itself, it is a side of Dan that we loved and shows the high level of customer service you will receive when working with him. We’ve just completed on our sale with Hat and Home - they were incredible. We had viewings regularly and they owned the whole end to end process - even when some of the issues were further down the chain. They felt extremely proactive and knowledgeable - my only hope is they open up in Newbury if we decide to sell again in the future. A big thank you to Jack - he kept us well informed and dealt with numerous issues quickly and professionally. We really wouldn’t be in our house pre Christmas without you!

Hat and Home say they want to make moving a fantastic experience and if there is one thing that you take from this review it’s the fact that they keep to their word. We bought a flat through them recently and everyone was so helpful. Davina was always available for answers and kept me updated at all times. When we had questions about our contract Ben went through it page by page. The solicitors and financial team they recommended were great as well, saving us money and helping every step of the way. Everyone in the office is friendly, approachable and always welcoming.

I have been a private tenant for nearly 17 years previously.
