I can't believe how different this experience has been and how easy the process has been. Liz has gone above and beyond to make sure the process is as smooth as possible and it's been genuinely fantastic. GoogleIt’s not often you can genuinely say a business or service is so good that you wouldn’t change a single thing, especially when it comes to buying or selling property. Hat and Home have got it spot on! They were attentive, communication was top notch, they couldn’t have helped more. Even when our chain had a pretty serious wobble and everyone else was panicking, they quickly and calmly handled the situation beautifully. They did everything they said they would, when they said it would be. You can’t put a price on that. I honestly hand on my heart can’t recommend them highly enough. GoogleLuke, Ben and Josh at Hat and Home are personable, reliable and genuinely have a passion for the work they do. Their combined experience means that even with the challenge that our chain ended up being, the team were always their offering solutions, never coming to us with problems and leaving it up us to work out alone. I cannot recommend Hat and Home highly enough. Right down to the lovely touch of the 'Welcome to you new Home' personalised frame we received. This wasn’t an easy task as the buyer was based in Hong Kong. Hat and Home Sandhurst have been absolutely amazing. They are always on hand, even long after hours. Marney, Jan and Lisa have been fantastic through a very stressful sale. From the first time they came to value to exchanging they have delivered 100% the whole way through, nothing was ever too much trouble. I would highly recommend and wouldn’t think twice to use them again. I think Lisa deserves a medal for her persistence and dealing with a really bad solicitor, (Constantine and Summers)

Always on hand to explain things we didn't understand and resolve any issues. I have never really had a positive experience with Estate agents in the past,untill I got in contact with Barnaby at Hat and Home Wokingham. I had a meeting with him regarding the sale of a property, and he was so well informed, and gave great advice. A whatsapp is set up so that he can keep you informed of different things. Honestly, I'm 50 years old and customer service is so important to me, and great customer service, is what you get from Hat and Home, with positive results
