GoogleI felt completely understood by the agent, no pressure was put upon me, my concerns were listened to & acted upon appropriately. The properties viewed were quite diverse, the agent knew them well & their locations. A throughly professional service was offered always, with sound advice, appropriate knowledge, a compassionate attitude & punctuality. Factors which were not evident elsewhere. 100% recommendable.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleWe sold our house through Hat & Home and were very pleased we did. Daniel gave fantastic advice throughout the process, including the most realistic asking price initially. They were supportive with viewings, giving us feedback after each, found an excellent buyer and then stayed committed to support us through to exchange and completion. Would highly recommend!!

Disaster letting agent. These people can not be trusted! Had to return to UK as I felt I was being lied too. Turned out I was, they had been making up stories about my house, that it was unusable! Upon inspection it turns out they had made it up! I still dont know how they messed up so bad as they refused to discuss with me Avoid this place!

GoogleThey are the life saver...!!!! I was moving from Spain to UK and finding the house from here was nearly impossible until we found Hat and Homes(Liby,Annie and Sam). We were trying for months either we got the response as no online viewing or others promised to call back but never heard back. Then finally contacted Liby for one of the property and she was very quick to provide the online viewing and then it was taken over by Annie and she was just awesome..!!!! and helped us through out the process. She was very kind of helpful so is Sam. With both of their help we are so relieved...Thank yo so much for you guys!!! highly recommend Hat and Homes..

GoogleRecently sold my property through Hat and Home. I have sold quite a few properties through my life and was unfortunately finding that selling through some of the bigger agencies a bit of a nightmare to say the least 😬. Hat and home are a smaller agency so everything is dealt with in-house and everyone there knows your property details. The team listened to my needs, totally understood the market, brought in the right buyer, were responsive to my calls and questions and most importantly seen the job through right to the end keeping me fully informed along the way. Excellent job. Thank you all at Hat and Home, keep up the excellent work. ⭐️
