I called them to arrange a viewing of a property to buy, the guy answered the call was only interested in introducing a broker ignoring my questions about the properties. When I felt he was very rude, I asked his name twice but he didn't answer. He even said, "You are not serious about this property, are you?" ?????

In my experience this is one of those BAD estate agents that can not be trusted! The estate agents job is to mediate between the vendor and the seller they failed to do that! It is very frustrating when to deal with an agency that do not call back or can not be trusted when you put an offer on a property. Avoid if you can.

Seymours cost me the best part of a 100 grand by not getting my property over the line before the Truss crash. Not entirely their fault I know but they over valued and then had to keep reducing but failed to sell it. I wouldn’t use them again.

Market volatility driven by political unrest can destroy buyer confidence almost to the point that a price point no longer has influence. Really frustrating for everyone involved.
