GoogleVery bad, no support, now changed to another Estate Agent. List a set of keys, argued they did not gave them, then gave me them after the Tenant moved out, 3 sets in total. Paid for checkout but they did not do it. Please do not use this Company absolute nightmare

GoogleBooked in for a viewing days ago and get informed that someone else will now be joining. They try move me out of my agreed slot to shove someone else in. That's not a great start to my customer experience of this agency. Sort out your internal conflict among your agents.
