GoogleWas in an emergency situation due to the landlord ending a contract early when I had a holiday right around the corner. James and Annabel took care of us in that trying time, found us a new place quickly and helped ensure that the move was a smooth process despite the chaotic schedule we had. Very communicative throughout the whole ordeal and we've now comfortably settled into the new home. Thrilled with the service overall. - Luc

GoogleKaty Elsdon, our property manager, has been great to deal with. She has always passed on information in a timely manner, addressed any questions and in the worst cases where there is a fix needed she has been prompt in arranging this and keeping us in the loop of any progress made. Would highly recommend.

GoogleLeaders where really helpful I was new to the area and they found me a lovely flat. One of there consultants in particular was very helpful I think her name was Stefanie she was pacitent and understand and showed me several properties in my price range ad took the time to talk be though the local amenities she even reckomended a pub . GoogleAbsolutely terrible. I had a viewing arranged for a flat and the agent, Finlay, never showed up. Apparently I emailed him to cancel the viewing, which I never did. This caused me to waste £30 and 2 hours of my time. I can only hope the other staff at Leaders are not as useless as Finlay
