I have been with Leaders (County before that ) for about 8 years. In this time,I have found the entire team to be sincere, personable , helpful and genuinely caring. This is really ideal from a company that protects and cares for your valuable investments; you really can't ask for more and therefore the 5 stars. On the lettings side you have senior best in class letting agents like Kate Ostinelli , Sarah Staniford and other brilliant team members who search and vet the most reliable tenants in the market. It is then handed over to an equally capable property management team currently managing two of my properties in a reliable and worry free manner. I really like the consultative, professional approach by James Mc and helpful advice given during our property search to put us in the best position to get our offer accepted. In all honesty, I was torn between using the online estate agent purple bricks and the high street estate agent, due to the vast difference in price. In the end I went for Leaders, because I figured that the estate agent’s service really comes in once an offer has been accepted, and that was 100% the right decision! I was selling at the most difficult time, in the middle of the Covid pandemic and the rush of stamp duty reduction. It took 6 painful months to sell, even with no chain and a cash buyer! Leaders were absolutely fantastic! They helped push the solicitors and that is the most fundamental role, because to get a response from a solicitor is like getting blood from a stone! They are the key to holding chains and being calm, when I was pulling my hair out! Their communication was second to none, and they kept me informed the entire time. Sometimes all you need to know is that they had chased which gave comfort that they are there to help and drive a sale forward. I would recommend Leaders to anyone! I have rented my house through Leaders for the past 4 years and have dealt with a number of people. Most recently I have dealt with Bel Smith who was able to deal quickly and effectively with a number of issues arising after the tenants vacated the property. I HAVE BEEN DEALT WITH DIFFERENT AGENCIES SUCH AS DASH LIVING BOTH IN SINGAPRE AND HONG KONG, SOME AGENCIES IN CHINA AND THE U.S. ALL OF THEM ARE POLITE, KIND AND HELPFUL. WE DID MAINTAIN A GOOD BUSINESS RELATIONSHIP. THIS TIME I HAVE TO MENTION A STUFF, KATY ELSDON OF LEADERS. I MET HER SINCE DAY ONE I WAS IN THE UK. SHE WAS GENTLE, PATIENT ETC. I vacated a property that I used to rent in Woking for over 5 years. During that time the performance of Leaders when it came to any communication was woeful. They did not respond to emails until you had chased them and took ages to resolve any issues - always blaming an inability to get a decision from the landlord. Now that I have vacated the property their performance in managing my exit is equally poor. I had to wait nearly 4 weeks for the checkout report. They did not advise any of the utility providers or local council that I had moved and have not returned my deposit despite not raising any issues about the condition of the property. Used this company for decades for the 2 rental properties I owned and have sold both through them, one in 2017 and one in December last year. If I was writing this review a couple of years ago it would be a 5* plus one but something has changed in this company. A general arrogance has set in which partly it seems is since certain members of staff have been promoted. They treat customers as if they are doing you a favour taking your money and when mistakes are made (we all make them) will not apologise.

We recently moved into a rental property. From first meeting Adam we knew we were in good hands. Very calm and knowledgeable. The whole process was very smooth with regular updates from adam on what we needed to do to keep our application on track.
