The bureaucracy of a country that is not yours can be a nightmare, but Leaders Woking made checking out of the apartment we had rented very simple. The staff, very pleasant and professional, clarified all our doubts. Especially the property manager, Nikki Bowens, who was always available to help us with anything. While the house buying process can only be described as a nightmare in the UK, Nadia at Leaders and the other agents involved in viewings were all so very professional and great to work with. From the very first viewings we had with James, we never felt under any pressure to buy (unlike other agents we viewed with who then spammed me), and once I put an offer in Nadia was always available, open and transparent about things, and stepped in when things got held up. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Nadia and the team to anyone and will plan to use them in the future.

I have just moved out of a property which I was letting through Leaders. I can't fault them! All the members of their property management team I've dealt with over he past two years have been outstanding, but I would like to give a special Thank You to Sam, who as been amazing over what has been a pretty stressful few weeks! Every problem we have had, has been fixed immediately and they are always an absolute pleasure to deal with. This experience has restored by faith in letting agents, having had some not so great experiences in the past, and I would absolutely recommend them to any prospective tenants.

After arranging viewing with several Estate Agents, Leaders were the most reliable as all others cancelled at the last minute assuming we weren't going to turn up. Sarah at Leaders was really helpful and understanding. She booked another appointment in at short notice so we had options to look at. She dealt with all my queries really well during the process of moving and was very reassuring. James was really helpful when showing us around the flat which we decided to rent. He was friendly and professional and able to answer all our questions. I've had a really positive experience with Leaders and would definitely recommend them.

NOTE : Re-Posting a GOOGLE REVIEW GONE MISSING. This time included proof emails Leaders Lettings Woking - The worst letting agent that I have had in the nearly 20 years of renting properties. I have been letting a property through Leaders Woking since 2016. After the time we signed our first contract, the next time we were contacted by them was when we had around 2 weeks before our tenancy agrement expired in 2018 There was nothing much of value Leader's added to the renewal process other than complicate it. They seemed like a bunch of amateurs with no co-ordination between their local office and central functions 1. At the time of renewal, they unilaterally hiked the rent and sent us a copy of the renewal with only a couple of weeks left from our original tenancy. If ever they were planning to hike the rent, it is basic decency/common sense that it should have been given sufficiently before the minimum notice period starts. In our case, the notice period was 2 months. If they were planning to hike the rent, we should have been notified atleast 2 and half months before the tenancy expired so that we could consider the renewed terms, serve our notice period and terminate the tenancy becuase we were not happy with the renewed rent. With just a couple of weeks before our tenancy end date, they gave us a revised rent which DIDN'T give us time to serve our mandatory notice period before the contract expired. That meant we would have been forced to sign a contract with a rent we were NOT happy with. Or else we will NOT have a valid contract after our first tenancy agreement expired 2. We then had to negotiate a rent and rental period directly with our land lord after the original tenancy expired. That meant, we didn't have a valid tenancy for a few weeks after our original tenancy expired. We submitted a signed copy of the tenancy agreement to their local branch. We kept a copy of the agreement as well. We paid the renewal fee that was asked of us by their representative in their local branch. 3 . A few weeks into the new tenancy, we get reminder calls/mails that we had not signed the agreement. After many calls their local office admitted that they had lost the signed copy of the agreement. We had to go to their office again to give a copy of the signed agreement we had. Besides that, I was called/mailed by their finance controller from their central functions asking to pay 'outstanding balance' of renewal fee. We had to explain what had happened and finally their representative from local branch and their central functions talked and waived the 'outstanding balance' 4. We were subsequently sent a letter from their central functions through post stating that we had NOT paid our rent in full. They had based their assessment on the RENEWED rent they had included in the first draft of the renewal agreement. They did NOT update their system to reflect the rent we finally agreed with the landlord. That meant we were treated as defaulters . The landlord had to get involved to clarify what had happened and confirm that there was no balance on rent to be paid So in summary you can see how Leader's Letting team couldn't manage a simple renewal process. I wonder what kind of Letting agents are they who can't manage the basics of what they claim their business is. 1. They lost the documents with sensitive information about our personal data. So safety of our personal data was compromised. 2. They could not manage the notice periods/renewals putting tenants like us with no valid tenancy agreement. 3. Their finance function and local team was NOT in sync about the renewal fee 4. Their finance team/system and the renewal team doesn't talk to each other to reflect the numbers in renewed agreements putting the tenants/landlords in difficult positions including our credit rating

We are lucky & really happy to be part of the Property managed by Leaders Woking (previously County Property Management). We began our association with Centrium & CPM in May 2016 when we moved into Woking from Melbourne, Australia. Property Managers were always extremely Professional, exceeding our expectations on fixing the Maintenance related requests (Boiler, Hob & Room heater issues) and supportive of our feedback & concerns. It was quick & easy to reach out to our Property Managers (Jane with CPM & Samantha with Leaders) and there were regular Property visits made to ensure proper care & attention given to any outstanding requests. It was a shame that we couldn’t complete our 3rd year in Centrium and had to move to Birmingham for my new job in Feb 2019. Sam regularly kept us informed & followed up relating to the Check-out processes and ensured a smooth checkout. Many thanks for your assistance Samantha and highly appreciative of your support. I would certainly recommend Leaders Woking & their Team for my friends in Woking. If we are returning to Woking, would certainly get assistance from Leaders, Woking only.

We recently sold our Woking penthouse apartment through Leaders who were excellent. It was a relatively niche property but yet they found a great buyer within a few days of it being on the market and a price we were very happy with. Despite coming up against some managment company issues, they got it completed by the date we needed in order to buy our new home. Good communication and admin assisted the process.
