My elderly mother rents a property in London that is managed by the Woking branch of Leaders, and Larissa Hall is the agent involved with the rental. I’ve had to contact Larissa from time to time on behalf of my mother and have always found her professional and very helpful. Just recently there was the worry that Mum might lose her home, and Larissa helped us through a particularly stressful time, I am so very grateful.

I’m appalled by some of their agent’s customer service skills! James who just took my call earlier was incredibly rude. After I had enquired about a property, I mentioned that I had been in contact with Sarah to arrange a viewing but hadn’t heard back from her yet. To that James rudely replied ‘so did 70 others’ without being of any help whatsoever. Wished him a great rest of his day, as it must not have been going too great to be so rude to people for no reason.
