Nothing but positive things to say about the service from Leaders and James Mcloud. Amazing service from start to finish. This was me and my wife's very first time renting a property and we could not have wished for the experience to have been easier. James was very clear and transparent about every step of the process, which made this so pleasant in a time where my wife and I have been so busy elsewhere in life! We now have the keys to our first home and I couldn't have wished for the experience to be any better! Thanks James and Leaders :)

Had a week to find a suitable place, got one through the help of Leaders estate agents. And Kate Ostinellia has been such an awesome help through out, she arranged a contact when she was away to continue with the processing. She is very kind and considerate, has explained all the requirements, took us up every step with regard to pending documentation, and was there till the end when we got the keys. Leaders is a very professionally run team and made what could have been an exhausting experience much bearable. Breathtakingly incompetent estate agency. As a landlord, avoid at all costs. My tenant didn't pay for 5 months and they did nothing. I had to chase them for every tiny action. The only thing that works is the fees and deducations they take which are mircalously mega efficient, even when my rent is not being recovered. Still waiting for them to action deposit recovery 10 months after the tenant left, having trashed the flat. Total cost of working with these clowns on a 12-month basis is over £20,000 in unpaid rent, damages and lost income. It's beyond bad, a farcical joke of a business.

🇬🇧Friendly and professional. Despite being foreigners they gave us all the facilities and explanations to rent a house. The apartments that they showed us, all within our budget were the best we saw. After 10 months in the United Kingdom, it is time to leave and the staff of Leaders Woking made the process much easier by helping us as much as possible with the check out of our rented apartment. Especially the property manager, Nikki Bowen, very kind and professional who has always been available to help us with any questions. I have dealt with many estate agents over the last year and Jack Walton at Leaders Woking stands out as exceptionally good. From ringing on the off chance about the location of a flat and not thinking I wanted to see it, he encouraged me to view it. That was an achievement in itself! Worst customer service ever experienced. Once we move in through them, they don’t care about the issues we face. It takes ages for them to respond to anything. I was supposed to be provided with 2 sets of key for my flat but was given only one when I moved in. They asked me to wait for few days and they said they will arrange another set of keys for me. Now after 10 days they are asking me to make a copy of the keys myself. They could have said that to me at first place if they don’t handle it. Moreover, the other issues I have raised in the property, one of which is a safety hazard is not at all addressed. We are very much disappointed with how they have treated us. We will never be suggesting anyone to go with Leaders if they are consistently irresponsible and careless about their clients.

The device that produces hot water in the house is a 15 years old model (Pulsacoil BP180) and since we moved into this new property a few months ago, it has always had some small inconvenience (not enough hot water, lukewarm water, etc.) but we have always managed to deal with it in some way... However, since last Tuesday (23/9) we have been without hot water: at first it was a bit frustrating because the technician who was sent on Friday (26/9) was unable to solve the problem. After a few phone calls to the agency, Larissa Hall and her colleague James McCloud (our property manager) took charge of the situation and, thanks to the active collaboration of the landlord, today (2 October) a technician from Gledhill came to look at the device and, I hope, finally solved the problem that had been going on for some time.
