Have just purchased a flat through Gascoigne Pees Redhill branch and can not fault at all Daniel Beckson, he went way and beyond with this sale and I can highly recommend him. A great asset to Gascoigne Pees. Also Janene Haynes was very helpful too.

GoogleDon't be fooled by fake reviews written mainly by their employees. This company is garbage. They categorize people and do everything to make you pay in advance without even showing you the property. If you are lucky enough to schedule a viewing, good for you, but better not waste your time and look for a better rental company

TrustpilotWorst Experience Ever with Gascogne Pees Kingston Branch
I had the worst experience ever using Gascogne Pees to fully manage my property. They consistently chose the more expensive contractors who did not deliver good service and failed to honor warranties. After 4 years of their management, my property was in a dire state. I ended up spending over £20,000 on repairs and restoration. The staff, from lettings to property management, were unhelpful, rude and ineffective. Never again.

GoogleWent in not too long ago and Anna and Louise were of great help. Helping me look for a property around woking, Anna was very helpful arranging viewings for me, being very professional and selected flats matching my criteria. Would definitely recommend their services!

Excellent estate agents. Instructed Gascoigne Pees (Worcester Park branch) on both a house purchase and house sale. The team went over and beyond throughout the whole process. They were adaptable re pricing given changes in housing market and also suggested local firms of solicitors to use. Great team, professional and personable. Would use them again and again. Fully recommend and massive thank you!

Worst organised letting company. I have several properties that I use letting agents to manage. By far, Gascoigne-Pees are the worst. They charge for everything despite me paying for full managed property they make additional charges for anything they do. They consistently fail to do anything that they say they will do. Their different departments don't communicate with each other. They give letting/estate agents a bad name.

All the staff that we encountered were extremely professional, helpful and eager to secure a sale on our property, which they achieved within a few days of our initial open day. I am extremely disappointed with this agency’s lack of transparency and professionalism. They made adjustments quietly, leaving me to discover the increase on my own. This kind of practice feels untrustworthy. I cannot recommend them based on my experience.

Deposit: I rented an apartment for over 1.5 years (small studio flat), I got it dirty, including the tools left in it, the walls were unpainted, full of dust and paint smeared on door frames, doors, etc. I gave away the apartment, which was very clean and practically ready for rent. For this, my deposit was charged with enormous amounts that are far from reality. The cost of painting was £600, cleaning £180 etc. for a studio flat which was beautifully cleaned. Even on the report they could not distinguish the pink cube in the water in the toilet that cleans from the scale in the water from the scale in the water. I consider it extortion and fraud. Unprofessional team and lack of trust in this company including the deposit management company.

This company are very disappointing to deal with. They are extremely difficult to get hold of and when you do finally get a response that response is brief and lacks the professional knowledge you would hope for when spending large amounts of money through them.
