Selling a property is never easy I was dreading it. Then I was put in contact with Colin White that has changed everything for me, going above and beyond is an understatement he has walked me through everything, even things that are out of his usual remit using he wealth of experience over all eventualities and helping me get things sorted pre sale. Colin has been so kind, very helpful, understanding and very professional throughout. You could say it’s his job but the extent he has gone to help me is second to none. Excellent service

If I could give no stars I would. For starters Megan is useless, she brought us for a viewing, didn't even have the right set of keys and rang random people intercoms to get let in, extremely unprofessional. Her manager Ben then took over and I am appalled at how he handled the so-called 'professional' cleaning that was done to the apartment. It was noted on the handover document (Which we only saw after moving in) that the clean was not great yet no cleaner was sent to actually perform a thorough cleaning.

I was very impressed with Colin White (Branch Manager). He spoke to me at length about my personal situation offering appropriate and constructive advice. He is extremely passionate about his work and shows empathy and understanding towards his clients. I didn't eventually require his services, but it is clear that Colin is professional and trustworthy. He has his customers' best interests at heart and I would strongly recommend him to anyone selling a property!

We would like to thank Melanie Williams of Camberley Gascoigne Pees for all of her help. Although we used Purple Bricks to sell our house, we brought our new property through Gascoigne Pees. We had a huge lack of communication from Purple Bricks but Melanie at Gascoigne Pees kept us up to date, helped get us to exchange & was the person who actually informed us our chain was longer than originally informed. Colin is unique in that he is not just a engaging sales person to find you a buyer. He is also customer-focused and a fantastic project manager. I am exceptionally grateful.

Deposit has been kept despite us having moved out over 6 weeks ago, and it’s been cleared. Have emailed numerous times and spoken on the phone with a VERY rude and unprofessional woman in the deposits team called Wiktoria...who when we asked why our deposit was taking so long to give back cut us off and said “if you let me finish...” I’d prefer never speaking with her again. Every time we email the deposit team, we get no response back. Absolutely appalling service when we vacated the property, and thank God have moved into my own place, will never go back to them again. Having to write this review in the hope I’ll get my deposit back quicker. Whoever hired the deposits team needs to be sacked. Rude customer service and rude employees working there. I shouldn’t have to email again and again and call back and forth to understand why I haven’t received my deposit money, with NO response. That’s MY right and MY money.

Warning - avoid this company at all costs!!

Tom is extremely unprofessional and dishonest. We accepted an offer back in May from a buyer on the basis that the buyer was a cash purchaser. We were then told in July that this was not the case and he was applying for a mortgage. Only when we were ready to exchange and complete in August the buyers solicitors informed us that the buyer had a related transfer of equity, unbelievable. We were told it could take up to 6 months to sort out. We were very disappointed about being kept in the dark about this so late in the transaction. Had we been privy to this we would not have accepted the offer in the first place.

Unfortunately our tenant vacated our flat in Woking during the pandemic. Nevertheless Carsons were straight on it and after discussion we decided to sell the flat. During this period the flat required a complete redecoration and new boiler. Sara at Carsons was so helpful in helping us to source companies who could do this work ( we do not live in Surrey and the pandemic meant we were unable to travel to Woking !) Sara regularly updated us and after discussion as Flat sales were really quiet we decided to relet the newly decorated flat. She and Pedro worked closely together and our new tenant will be moving in shortly. Both Sara and Pedro have provided us with professional support during the whole process. A huge thank you to Sara and Mel, who worked tirelessly for us. We didn’t sell our home through Carson’s but the house we purchased was through Carson’s. Sara helped us every step of the way to purchase our dream home. Sara went above and beyond, the office was always available to help in situations. Anna went above and beyond expectation when I suddenly found myself in a position where, due to a sudden change in job, I needed to find a new tenant to replace me (I had not yet met the minimum term lease of the property I was renting). She and Louise both worked extremely quickly and effectively to help source new potential tenants, while remaining honest and courteous and providing a constant, open route of communication throughout the process. It helps that the property, in its own right, was in a good state and presented good value on the market, but Anna and Louise's effort and desire to help saved me a tremendous amount of personal stress, to which I am exceptionally grateful.

Scammed by branch in Basingstoke, avoid them

These agents in Basingstoke pressured me into making a holding deposit after seeing a property that I was interested in. I provided all the details for reference checks. They later came back telling me that my employers declined giving a reference until my probation is ended which is no fault of mine. I have contacted my employers personally on more than one occasion to get this sorted out, but was not successful. This agency contacted me requesting for a guarantor and as a foreigner, I could not provide the needed guarantor (UK home owner with £44k annual salary). The next few hours, the property was back on the market without saying anything to me about my holding deposit. When I contacted them, they told me I have provided false and misleading information (failed reference checks) which was very shocking to me. Avoid them at all cost.

When I came to the office and ask for a viewing of a property I found on Zoopla she arranged a viewing immediately. In other agencies it takes several days generally to arrange a viewing. Anna is very competent. Answered all my questions. I been with Carson & Co for 4 years . The team I signed up with at the beginning of my tenancy was not great and I was not planing to continue with Carson & Co. But my new experience was great .Anna Ozog in Woking branch is very efficient . Viewings where arranged according to my availability . My offer passed and accepted by landlord within a day . I was informed through out the process about everything I needed to know . Once moved in in the new property my concerns and issues addressed to Louise Hurlow was sorted straight away !
