Very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Particularly Stephanie, who was very efficient and did a great job of communicating everything that needed to be sorted to complete our tenancy.

We had pleasure to deal with Armani at Foxtons. She went out of her way to make sure she meets our needs as a tenants . We been renting for few years now and it’s really rare to find lettings negotiator that takes care of tenants which such care and respect. No time wasting , swift response to emails , quick viewings arrangement . Very pleased with over all experience!

We were moving from Hong Kong to UK for good in January 2023. I was put down by two letting agents in UK before I met Stephanie Puttick of Foxtons (Woking Office). Stephanie proactively helped me to solve the problems (such as not able to view the property in person) in renting a place in UK while I was still in Hong Kong. Stephanie of Foxtons advised me professionally the timeframe for securing a place considering the Xmas holiday such that I was able to secure a property within a month from the time Stephanie first contacted me. This was fantastic as I could start all sorts of applications such as school places as soon as possible. The property was of excellent quality (new and clean and of excellent locations) when we viewed it in person.

What can I say other than the level of service delivered by Foxtons woking is purely and simply unrivalled, especially after dealing with one of their competitors previously who I won’t mention (Seymors of woking) and undergoing a harrowing experience with them. A special commendation to Steph she truly is a true credit to the company and I couldn’t have asked anything more of her, she went out of her way at every turn well done Steph!

Louie has been extremely professional in his approach. I enjoyed the positive and proactive approach adopted by Foxtons. Louie treated me like a person and not just a number. I am happy to recommend Foxtons to anyone looking for residential properties.

I started applying for accomodation in UK when I was back home in Zimbabwe using the Zoopla App and Foxtons was the 1st company to call me back. A very friendly lady called Stephanie Puttick started working with me. We had a long conversation about what my needs were and what was on the market. She sent me video viewings of houses to show me the available properties . When we got to the UK, I made an effort to get to the Foxtons office and even though we had never met before Stephanie sprung up and happliy helped me fill in some forms and go view a property. The people working in the office were very professional and organised. Steph worked very hard to get us a family home that she thought we would love. We secured a property that we will now call home. It was so hassle free, simple, they were very patient and understand I recieved loads of guidance and follow ups all the way. I would recommend Foxtons to anyone looking for a professional hassle free experience to help you through the stressful time when you are looking for accommodation.

Foxtons was extremely hard to work with as a buyer. I couldn't get hold of our assigned salesman and he didn't call back - because he was on holiday. Then with the house we finally went to see after threatening the centralised reception that I'd go to the house on my own and tell the owners what i thought of Foxtons, they failed to tell us thst the owners had accepted an offer two days previously from someone else, giving us 24 sleepless hours as we worried and waited to see if our offer would be accepted. So overall, an absolutely awful and stressful experience. I do not recommend Foxtons.

I have just exchanged on my second property sold with Craig Brant who has been instrumental in facilitating my house moves since coming to Woking. It is extraordinarily refreshing to have an agent who you can rely on to update you rather than having to chase, can value according to his excellent knowledge and, ultimately, get a deal done. It speaks volumes that while I have instructed other agents in the past, it is always Craig who delivers, which is why I keep coming back to him.

Unmatched level of professionalism from Stephanie Puttick at the Woking agency, from the first phone/email contact to the actual property visits. We are moving to the UK and she allowed us to figure out the state of the market, with an unmatched knowledge of the area. We were able to see a representative range of properties within hours with a genuine, honest, holistic and intelligent approach to properties. A sense of details. A finesse in understanding the needs. Foxtons is our best experience in real estate search by far.

Very helpful on looking out for a property to rent. The agent will find suitable property suggestions for you and they will do a live video viewing for you if you cannot make it. I got Margot and she is definitely the one to make me feel relaxed while I was stressed on looking for a property to settle down myself. She will sort everything for you. Even though we found a property by other property agent from other company but trust me she will try to satisfy your requirements.

Awesome agent Katie We were looking for a place to rent in Guilford. As soon as we walked into Foxtons, Katie greeted us immediately. After fully understand our situation and needs she showed us two properties right away! We were very grateful for her advices on local life. Also, since we don’t have a car, she gave us a ride to hotel. Although currently there are no inventories on the market meeting our needs, we would definitely like to work with Katie again if any rental or sale need comes in the future. It is efficient and fun to work with her!

I would like to say a few words about Foxtons who I trusted to help me sell my house. Foxtons were amazing with the full sale process and handled the sale from close to finish in a very professional and articulated manner. With the help of Sami & Craig who dealt with me and updated me consistently and very reassuring. I will always recommend Foxtons to anyone as they were amazing in all they did to assist me to bring my sale to final close.
