GoogleCourteous letter received to value our property (which was timely). Cancelled valuation appointment an hour prior. Time & effort had gone into making sure we were home from work & the house was clean. Poor form & wouldn't recommend this agent moving forward.

I wanted to take a moment to say how impressed I was with Armani from this branch. She really tried to get me a property - regularly checking in and also sending me properties, without being overbearing. Keep it up, Armani ☺️

GoogleFoxtons proactively reached out to me having seen my property on the market for some time. They offered great advice on not renewing a lapsed contract with the first estate agent. They are a little more expensive than other estate agents, but offer far better value for money. GoogleI enquired about getting a house in Woking and Armani Miyan took up my request. She was super responsive and helpful. I would rate her customer service 10/10! She is literally the only agent that returned my calls while I was searching for a house. If you're ever in Woking, and you're using Foxtons to look for accommdation, ask for Armani.

GoogleSelling a house can be really stressful, so it helps if you have the 100% support of your estate agent. Highly recommend Foxtons for providing that support over a protracted period (down to the people I was buying from). GoogleJames, Forgive this un asked intrusion as well as taking up your time with this feedback; but, I am compelled to share with you. Too many years and roles in retail, hospitality to share but lets just say that I spent many years trying hard to get HR and Directors to help Ops deliver motivated, caring souls through a better recruitment, training and development process. I mention the above not because I am an expert but because the service I have received over a period of weeks from Woking Branch and Louis optimises “owner operator” mentality and not only does he need thanking but so to does HR, yourself and the team behind developing and nurturing his customer care spirit. The company is clearly doing something well. He is an exceptional ambassador for service and yourselves. Well done. Sincerely Chris Roll

GoogleTried to increase my rent by £300 pcm claiming it was a bargain when a property the exact same as mine a few doors down was recently let for £20 pcm less then what I was paying for at the time. The fees are ridiculous, £420 and then requested my boyfriend get the references himself, I said no way! We're paying that you can at least do some work! Renewal fees of £100 every year. Avoid them for renting, there are many agencies in Woking considerably cheaper. Frankly, they should be ashamed.
