From our first interaction, Harry was professional, approachable and genuinely committed to helping us throughout the process. What stood out most was the relationship and trust that Harry built with us. Buying a property can be exciting but also stressful, particularly when there are tight deadlines and several parties involved. Harry remained calm, responsive and reassuring throughout. He kept us informed, answered our questions clearly and was always willing to help whenever we needed guidance or an update. Harry took the time to understand our circumstances and what the property meant to our family. We never felt that we were simply another transaction. His communication was excellent, and he worked hard to keep everything moving between ourselves, the seller, the mortgage broker and the solicitors.
