Francesco Smela was exceptional. First time having contact with an estate Agent and Francesco took me through the process and he made it so easy for me. I do no live in the area but Francesco kept me in the loop regularly keeping me up to date with the house sale. I was so impressed with his attitude, friendliness and expert advise. I have a flat in Woking. I used another estate agent in 2008 to find a tenant, as there commission was cheap. There was nothing but problems. I then moved over to Foxtons in 2009 and they were amazing! Even though their commission is more, but you pay for what you get! They had found me tenants regularly until today without a break in tenancy. They were professional, dedicated and friendly and always looked out for you< the landlord. Honestly, don't waste time with any other place just because they are cheaper with their commission. I then decided to sell my flat, which is now sold today!! Again I went to Foxtons. Craig and his team were amazing!! With so many unsold plates in the block and area, Foxtons found me a buyer and went through the whole process almost immediately from putting it on the market. I was so happy!! Thank you so much Team Foxtons Woking!!! i really appreciate what you have done for me for the past 14 years. You're worth every penny!!! If you are serious about renting/selling your property, look no further than Foxtons. You won't regret it. Other estate agents don't compare in the same league.

Incredibly woeful... really, genuinely bad: 1. Unhelpful/brief listing details. 2. They don't pick up the phone and when they do they put you on hold for prolonged periods. 3. They don't know the properties, or haven't been to see them. 4. Turns out their listing details are misleading on multiple fronts - overly optimistic / inaccurate photos, not clear on sale format (which is a pretty big one). 5. They can't do Saturday viewings. I wish I could give zero stars and I certainly wouldn't be listing my property as a seller with them based on the experience as an interested buyer.

Foxtons and in particular Eszter were incredible! Normally people have a lot of pre-conceptions of agencies by the time to rent a house and she broke all of them apart by treating us really really well. A kind and efficient agent that you can always trust ( always answering phone calls and even emails super super quick). The tracking of the process was excellent!
