I arrived in the UK on the 9th Sept. I emailed Foxtons and Stephanie Puttick contacted me on the 13th Sept. I gave her my expectations and she immediately recommended 2 outstanding properties. Not only that she did a FaceTime virtual tour of one the the places. Steph was honest and upfront with everything and someone that built trust immediately. I had no hestiation in signing without even visiting the property. Steph is the best person to help you find the right place for you to call Home. Thank you Steph.

Foxtons, and in particular Craig, recently handled the sale of my house and I couldn't be happier. From the initial visit that went beyond a simple valuation and considered the right marketing strategy for what is a fairly unique house to arranging and conducting viewings to handling the numerous offers we received to ensuring the sale would complete successfully, I felt very well looked after and informed at every step of the way. It's a real shame I've moved out of the area otherwise Craig would be my first call the moment I was looking to buy or sell another house.

Stephanie was very professional, persistent, she didn't let go until I found a flat that matched my criteria! She called me from time to time to follow-up, she really cared. What I appreciate as well is that even when I was looking for flats with other agencies, she pushed me to make an offer if I found something that I really liked, I think at this moment she gained even more in credibility, she seems to want the best for the tenant. Stephanie was really helpful and insightful in the entire process! She made the whole experience as stress free as possible and went through every option. Both Stephanie and Joe were very open to help even when they weren’t in the office. They kept in contact and were very responsive. A prime example of how an estate agent should be! Stephanie was a treasure to work with, she was accommodating and highly professional. I thoroughly enjoyed finding an estate agent who took time into understanding what I wanted and showing me 5 flats in one day (which she rated best to worst based on my descriptions and she was 100% accurate). Stephanie has been helpful since the get go and I would highly recommend reaching out to her. It was our first time with Foxtons. We wanted to see couple of properties that we had chosen but Foxton suggested additional properties which were suitable for us and not out in the market. We really liked the property viewing choices given to us and the ease of paperwork. We've never seen an agency trying so hard to get us the property of our choice. Especially Stephanie who helped us throughout and without her we would have gone for something less suitable. We definitely recommend Foxtons for any property lookers who wants to get genuine support, best option and least hassle.

So easy. So straight forward. Stephanie Puttick was immediately on the case helping me to find a property even outside of her area of working. She was so hands on and helpful. When I met her she was so eager and caring about finding a place that works for us. She changed her schedule and fit in a last minute appointment for us randomly and it’s the one we went with. Foxtons is definitely the best rental agency in the area. The quality of both properties they have and management is top notch. Stephanie is one of the best property agent I've met and I rented the first property she showed me as it was perfect for my needs. Very swift in replying to messages and the whole process was seamless. Michael as a property manager is also very responsive and all the issues are resolved at the earliest. Happy with the decision of renting through them.

I recently rented apartment with Foxtons at Woking. One of the toilet was not properly cleaned when we moved in. There was no action on our complaint. We have problems with windows, that we have been complaining for past 3 months and it is still not fixed. Very bad service from Foxtons.
