GoogleFoxtons, and in particular Armani, helped us find a place to rent which met our very specific criteria. Armani was polite and friendly, always making time to check-in and answer any questions we had. After the offer was accepted, the paperwork & deposit process was seamless and very easy to monitor from the MyFoxtons app. Thanks for all your help, Armani and Foxtons Woking team!

GoogleFrom day 1 Sami and Craig have been absolutely amazing, they have really looked after us and helped us through a very difficult process. Although I’m writing this review, I feel no words can truly describe the support, advise and care they gave me. There were some times when everything was touch and go and had some obstacles to overcome, but Sami and Craig really held my hand throughout and always reassured me that they would secure me the property. Sami and Craig have both given me a service that I didn’t know existed, I cannot fault them! They have been attentive, caring, positive and prompt from start to finish. A massive thank you from me and my family for securing our dream home. I hope Foxtons knows what a absolute asset you are to them!

GoogleMy boyfriend and I have just recently dealt with Louis who has helped us find our perfect first home to rent together. Not only was he extremely helpful and attentive, nothing was ever too much trouble for him, ensuring he would do everything within his power to secure us the property. I have dealt with many estate agents over the past number of years and I can truly say, hands down, that Louis comes out top. I have never given a 5* review for this service before, so it really says something! Highly recommended.

GoogleI recently rented apartment with Foxtons at Woking. One of the toilet was not properly cleaned when we moved in. There was no action on our complaint. We have problems with windows, that we have been complaining for past 3 months and it is still not fixed. Very bad service from Foxtons.

GoogleTook a property from Foxtons recently , its been a month we have requested several maintenance issues repair but we always get promises and no practical action. Wasn't sure that such famous and well known company behaves with their tenants in this way.. Totally depressed and helpless !!

GoogleWe had a brilliant experience with Foxtons Woking. Everyone was briliiant, but Joel Barnes really went above and beyond for us. What should have been a simple purchase ended up being really complicated (not the fault of Foxtons) and Joel went out of his way to keep everything moving for us. Thank you so much!

GoogleEven if we didn't go with Foxtons... They were amazing. Erik was very friendly and accommodating when we arrived at the office. Despite some delays, Louis took us for the viewings, gave us lots of tips and background of the areas... Excellent customer service experience... Probably one of the best!

I spoke with Margot who was super helpful and quickly found me a great place which ticked all the boxes, and she kept me informed and updated at all times about the property. The service from Foxtons and Margot was 5* and I'd fully recommend them for anyone looking for a new place

GoogleI had the task of finding a new place to live after being offered a new job in Woking, and they needed me to start ASAP. Foxtons booked me in for some viewings within 2 days and on the day I found and signed for the ideal apartment I was looking for. Gerry was great at showing me around while Daniel the manager was extremely helpful sorting out the paper work and registration. Even after all the documentation was sorted, Daniel personally checked that I was sorted for the move and if I needed anything else. I couldn't physically visit the office (living in Birmingham) so everything was sorted painlessly via phone and email. I've dealt with a few letting agencies before and Foxtons Woking are grades higher than any of them. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to move to Woking.

GoogleWe're a South African family who are moving to the UK. Once we narrowed down the area we wanted to live in, I started reaching out on various platforms to Estate Agents in the area. Louis was THE ONLY person out of 4 different agencies I made contact with who connected with me and took my request seriously. He constantly kept in touch via telephone and whatsup, at least one phone call a week for over 2 months. One has to understand when you're sitting in a different country, breaking down what you have built over many years, and you cannot start building in the country you are moving to with your family due to lack of interest, it causes much frustration. Well done Louis, you kept us calm through the process with your positive interaction, your dedication should be rewarded. Thanks for making a difference.

Although I can be a very picky customer, Emma patiently presented four different properties at two different times. She was always helpful, and prompt in email correspondence. I was able to chose a flat suitable to my needs and budget, and although slightly more expensive, the in-office and online process was much more streamlined than in other agencies. Daniel was able to field my many questions on the rental agreement. I have also received responses to all of my many property management queries.

GoogleIf you could rent or buy from another branch or estate agent altogether I would highly suggest! I suffered a lot from their team in this branch. Impossible to have concise info from them. Do not check the details they sent! DO NOT COMMUNICATE INTERNALLY between themselves and constantly ask you the same damn questions or blame you for THEIR errors! OMG just avoid it will save your sanity ! When they make money they care when they do not anymore they just do not act professionally anymore - it’s just obvious !
