Foxtons Woking reviews

If you could rent or buy from another branch or estate agent altogether I would highly suggest! I suffered a lot from their team in this branch. Impossible to have concise info from them. Do not check the details they sent! DO NOT COMMUNICATE INTERNALLY between themselves and constantly ask you the same damn questions or blame you for THEIR errors! OMG just avoid it will save your sanity ! When they make money they care when they do not anymore they just do not act professionally anymore - it’s just obvious !

Craig and the whole team at Foxtons Woking were phenomenal from start to finish. Consistently professional, reliable and trustworthy. They achieved an excellent price for my property, and were efficient in managing the difficulties posed by endless delays and a complicated chain. Would not hesitate to recommend. 5 star service - worth the fees!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

Margot is a credit to Foxtons. She was incredibly helpful in our search for a property, giving advice on the area, the state of the market and general renting tips. In doing so with such kindness made looking far more of a relaxing experience than we'd previously encountered. Would definitely recommend going with Margot at Foxtons!

Craig and Christian were extremely professional and helpful with all aspects of the house sale process and kept me updated on a regular basis throughout. Even after the initial sale was agreed regular updates were received all the way to completion. Delighted with the service from the team at Foxtons, Woking.

I would like to say a big thank you to Margot Redpath who was extremely caring and considerate of my moving situation and made me feel like my situation was just as or if not more important than her own. Her customer service skills should be taught in seminars!

Foxtons agents are brilliant and deserve 5 stars. Unfortunately if you are renting or using foxtons to rent your property you will deal with their property managment service. They are disgraceful. I have to deal with them 5 times over 18 months (including move out end of tenancy) and every single time I had to go to the agent after emailing multiple times. They still did not email back. Promised dates were missed by weeks not just days. They have not read the definition of Management. If you rent from Foxtons, demand a different Management company.

The best estate agents I had interacted with over the last decade of renting properties across many different cities. Our lettings negotiator, Louis, was incredibly helpful from the first phonecall until the end - very efficiently showed us around the properties without missing any detail, provided suggestions, helped with documentation and was always incredibly helpful answering any and all queries. The experience that is usually very stressful and frustrating has been incredibly pleasant!
