GoogleSelling a house can be really stressful, so it helps if you have the 100% support of your estate agent. Highly recommend Foxtons for providing that support over a protracted period (down to the people I was buying from). Very special shout out for Craig Brant and Sami Abedrabo who worked super hard to get the sale over the line and helped keep me sane. Thank you!

GoogleI have known Foxtons, WOKING for some years, because of my buy to let portfolio. I have always been impressed by the high quality of Foxtons staff and the excellent service they provide. That opinion has recently been greatly enhanced because they have just sold one of my properties. The level of service provided throughout the sale process was exemplary. The sales manager was always available to help with any questions and the sales negotiator was also very available and helpful. They obtained a good buyer for me at a good price. They kept in touch with developments throughout the sale process. I have bought and sold quite a lot of properties over the years but have never before received such dedicated service and support. I should add that this was quite low value property but had as much attention as a multimillion sale would have done. I am very pleased with Foxtons in Woking and I strongly recommend them to anyone in the area who needs an estate agent.

GoogleI was really struggling to find a house in woking, spoke with many agencies but there was no luck. When I contacted Foxtons, Louis got the job in one day. The process went smoothly. Really happy with the place. He is the go to guy from Foxtons.

GoogleMe and my partner were looking for a place in the centre of Woking and Foxston gave us the best help possible finding the perfect match for our budget and expectations. We have been helped incredibly well by their new agent Eszter who is very professional, friendly and always available for questions. She is always smiley and we had a great time with the viewings. The opening hours of their office make it easier to reach them. Excellent customer service. :-)

GoogleWe have been in touch with Louis and he has done a great job with us! I am worried about the fact that in the end we have found a different accomodation with another agency, but I can say that Foxtons works really good! Thank you!!!
We are pleased to hear that Louis did such a great job, thanks for the review.

GoogleTried to increase my rent by £300 pcm claiming it was a bargain when a property the exact same as mine a few doors down was recently let for £20 pcm less then what I was paying for at the time. The fees are ridiculous, £420 and then requested my boyfriend get the references himself, I said no way! We're paying that you can at least do some work! Renewal fees of £100 every year. Avoid them for renting, there are many agencies in Woking considerably cheaper. Frankly, they should be ashamed.

GoogleWe had our flat up for sale for a long time with a few different agents with no luck. We found with Foxtons we had a lot more viewings and interest. The selling process was smooth and straightforward. All communication was excellent and im very thankful for the help and dedication from Craig Brant and Sammy at the Woking branch, very professional and courteous.

GoogleI found everything about my contact with Monir Khamlichi an absolute pleasure. He was so thorough, and always incredibly thoughtful. We have found a rental property outside of the Foxton Woking's "catchment area" but if we had continued to search for a property in Woking, my wish would definitely have been to be under Foxton's wings. Thank you so much for all your efforts Monir and Foxtons! If we are ever in the fortunate position to buy a house in Surrey, we will certainly call upon you first!

GoogleFrom the start, Stephanie Puttick supported our family excellently in finding the perfect home. We had specific requests, and she helped us find a place which met all our requirements. She was always readily available to assist us with questions and problems that arose, and really went above and beyond to ensure we got the home we wanted. We can’t thank you enough!

GoogleWe had a wonderful experience as buyers with Foxtons. They have a wonderful team with Francesco Smela and Stephanos Choriatopoulos there that really support all the process and make it as easy as possible. Definitely recommending to both buyers and sellers.

GoogleI have nothing but positive feedback for Stephanie at Foxtons. We contacted the Woking branch by chance looking for an apartment to rent. Having dealt with more 6 other local estate agents, Stephanie’s attention to detail, professionalism, communication and general friendliness was far beyond what any other estate agent could offer. What an absolute asset she is to the company!

GoogleFoxtons are very good and v professional. Louis, Steph and Joe are 1st class. We look at the competition but they always seem to bring a result home before the rest. Their charges are a bit more than the others but I guess u get what u pay for. They found new tenants for two of our flats this month.
