GoogleAs a pet parent, I struggled to find a property willing to accept pets. Most agencies don't even post if a property will accept pets, or they charge excess for doing so. Through Finders Keepers, I have now found a cosy 1 bedroom flat where my cat and I can now make a home. Collette contacted me when a property, that suited my requirements, was available. This in itself made me feel cared about. Collette, Rachel and Barbara have always kept me up to date with the process. I look forward to moving in to my new home next week. Of all the local agencies, I would recommend Finders Keepers.

Sadly seems understaffed and overworked. Property managers are tasked with full-time jobs outside of the office, so emails are left unanswered for weeks, if responded to at all. When visited in person or called, the agent seems apologetic that staff are overworked, and apologized for the poor service. Issues with house such as leaks and electricity faults have taken 9-12 months to resolve. Hopefully management can work to relieve overburdened junior staff which is leading to mistakes in admin and long delays in resolving housing issues for both the tenant and landlord.

GoogleI was looking for somewhere to rent in the area of Witney, Oxfordshire. I found a few properties that would have suited my needs on Rightmove. That lead me to Paul Thomas of Finderskeepers in Witney. His service was excellent and he was always very quick to answer any questions I might have had. It was made even easy for me as I was calling from abroad which could have been very stressful but Paul and his colleagues made the task so much easier. So far everything has worked well and quickly and now just waiting to move in on 1st February 2022. Thanks for great service. GooglePaul Thomas, Sally Whiteside and the rest of the Finders Keepers team did a fantastic job preparing my mother's house in Charlbury for rental. Working to a tight deadline with great communication and professionalism, they took care of all the maintenance and certifications that were needed - electrical (EICR), EPC, decorating, re-carpeting, chimney-sweeping, cleaning, plumbing and other odd jobs - tapping into their local network of contractors, who all delivered a high-quality service on-time and on budget. They found good tenants very quickly and took care of references, inventory, check-in and other pre-tenancy checks. All of which was incredibly welcome as I was managing the process from Cambridge!
