Fantastic service from Jen in the Witney office! Broken boiler with 3 young children was a big worry! Jen had an engineer out within the hour and a boiler replacement booked for the next day. We have been landlords for twenty years and FK have provided the management that we required. Any issues with the house or tenants have been handled quickly and professionally giving us that peace of mind that is necessary when living the other side of the equator. The staff are very competent and have provided rapid feedback that allows decisions to be made quickly. For long term landlords such as us they have been ideal and can be highly recommended.

Finders Keepers are way ahead of other agents in terms of knowledge, efficiency and helpfulness. I've worked with them for 20 years. They helped my son as a student tenant and more recently me as a landlord representative in my work and landlord in my own right. Helen Dunn, in particular, is highly capable and I rely on her to deal with the legal paperwork and trust her to make sure I'm fully current with regulations and documents.

I would not recommend that Finder keeper. We had several problem to get our deposit back. Their fees are expensive as well for a minim of services. If you are Ready to loose money !... it’s up to you as they are really demanding regarding the final checkout. Of course when we started to rent the house they won’t let you know that you will have to pay a loads for: professional carpet cleaner, professional windows cleaner, professional oven cleaner, professional general cleaning ... . At the end they will ask for all of these invoices as a prove and you won’t be able to get back your entire deposit if you haven’t done this. Good luck everybody!

The worst experience you can make. Definitely do not recommend this F&K office. The letting agent promised us an "immaculate" property. We found the total opposite. Although it was promised that the property will be cleaned professionally before we move in there were hundreds of dead flies on the floor. I found papers and pens under the bed and the washing machine wasn't used for 6 weeks and the door was shut. Imagine how smelly it was...*uggly* After we complaint F&K came back and said that the property is managed by the landlord and we have to speak to them. In our opinion they should have checked the tidiness of the property before handing out the keys. The compensation is ridiculous. We should have gone in a hotel and invoice F&K. Will never go to F&K again. Thank you very much for you reply, Victoria. Unfortunately it is not very helpful and not true. The property was not professionally cleaned and it looked exactly the same as at the viewing 4 weeks earlier. We had to solve everything on our own and nobody of F&K came over to help or even just picked up the phone and spoke to us. They took the money and left. No customer service at all. That should not be the way to treat tenants. Till today (2 months later) we did not get any refund for their mistake. They just forward everything to the landlord. Definitely can't recommend F&K. Please decide yourself from the pictures if this has been cleaned 2 days before we moved in.
