As a long-term landlord with Beresfords Lettings I feel I must recommend my 'new' Property Managers. Both Peachies Deevy and Joleen Parker have fitted seemlessly into their positions and so far have served me well. Both ladies are positive, chirpy and efficient! Thank you ladies.

Very pleased with the service we received when selling our house through Berefords. Jordan Burnham of the witham branch was very helpful and professional throughout the whole process of selling our property. Always keeping us updated with feed back etc. Based on his professionalism we will be putting another property we have in Chelmsford on the books at their Chelmsford branch. 5 star service

This company and Especially Joe who deals with the rentals at the witham branch are outstanding. I have honestly been extremely impressed with the service they have provided. Flawless service. Professional, friendly, super fast response time. First class. We honestly can not thank Joe enough.

Our tenants in a managed property ended their tenancy to move abroad recently. The whole process from check out of old tenants, finding new tenants, detailed inventory and moving in went seamlessly, with the property only vacant for one week. Very good service, thanks.

One of the most difficult sales due to various factors beyond our control but Jordan, Dawn and Ollie at Witham branch handled everything professionally and with great support and patience! Unfortunately it is the bad agency . I lived in 26 Humber Road cm81tg and I had a contract with this agency.till 19th October, so , 12 days ago . The landlord stopped some money from our deposit because we broke a tile in bathroom £150 , a stain on carpet £50 and and re-connect washing machine £48 and we agreed that .I emailed to Katy Barlow , inventory clerk , and asked her the invoice for the money that was stopped from my deposit. She didn't give me any answer and I didn't receive yet the deposit back after 12 days . I'm moved in this house last year 20th October and I signed a pre contract with this agency . After few months I asked them a original contract and I received a Draft empty without name , signatures, etc . Mrs Katy Barlow we still waiting an invoice for the money stopped and my deposit back Please don't use this agency, they don't care about your money and don't have professional employees

The staff are very friendly and professional. They won't make promises on anything they cannot guarantee, they won't allow you to believe something that isn't true. They are a very honest group of people. I needed a flat and they sorted me out quickly and with no problem, even managed to do me a terrific deal as well because I was such an idea candidate for one of their properties. I love being with Beresfords, they treat you with respect and their customer service is second to none. More than happy to help, the list goes on. You'd be safe to use Beresfords.

Have used this branch of Beresfords for several years, and have found them to be helpful, friendly and efficient. I would like to say though, that Joe Trigg stands out as the person to get things done. He goes above and beyond to help, and never makes you feel like a bother, however large or small the problem. Think he is the glue that keeps it together, and it was noticeable while he was on leave for a few months.
