Hi Pam, Having read your recent review, I am naturally concerned and disappointed with the comments made within. Following a detailed appraisal of your file and subsequent conversations with individuals involved at our Witham office, it would appear file notes outline a different view to your own as the sale completed in November 2021. You may recall your original sale did not go ahead as the property was down valued by the surveyor which was unfortunately beyond our control. However, we remarketed your property and had five independent offers before we then agreed a new sale above the asking price. I am somewhat surprised to see you review, given the above circumstances and the fact we are now eight months on from when the transaction completed.
