Hi Trina, Having read your review, I am naturally concerned and disappointed with the comments made within. Following an appraisal of your file and subsequent conversations with the individuals concerned, I understand we marketed your property at the price you requested which was above our recommendation. Feedback gained from viewings which took place, also indicated the property to be overpriced. A property will sell if it is realistically priced. Given we are your third consecutive agent, I hope your next agent is able to achieve the interest you require. We have excellent tools at our disposal to assist with the marketing of any property, paramount during these uncertain times with Covid. Some people are reluctant to physically view and are therefore reliant upon virtual tours to assist them. It is a shame your property did not get maximum exposure as a result of your request for the tour to be removed. As you are aware from our discussions prior to this review, the fee quoted to you by an external company is not a figure we have set.
