GoogleThe agent said that the parking in front of the property belongs to the tenant ....apparently it turned out that the parking does not....... it's for all the residents living on that street .....Thanks Ella, you're agents are really well informed !!!!

GoogleMy experience with Ella has been extremely disappointing. As an owner letting a property they have been totally useless and did nothing to indicate a sense of duty or professionalism. Sloppy and disinterested, I would never recommend them to anyone.

GoogleTried to acquire a sale through deception by stating the buyer was a cash buyer with no chain then failed in their due diligence by not reporting that funds were not available
