Customer service after sales

I bought a new build thorugh Prospect in 2024 Oct. I found water leaking and flooring damage in March 25. I sent enquires along with finding from my flooring company and plumper to Prospect a couple times and there 's no response at all. In Sep, again, my surveyor came and found it is caused by an installation issue. I told them again but no response at all.They have a lack of customer 's attention after sales. I remind every buyer to be careful with this company. It 's not a company with a customer care.

Hi Bernard, Thank you for your review and we are disappointed that the home you received had some damages. However, during the sales process, you did employ a private snagging specialist to note all errors in the property, which they were able to compile a list of over 99 issues. The builder rectified all of these, which you inspected prior to exchange. The flooring issues and water leaking was not picked up and any that were raised at the time, were satisfied by your final inspection of the property. You did message us in March 2025, however you did also express that you had bought up those concerns with the builder, as you were in direct contact. We did contact the builder, who also confirmed you had reached out and he was helping solve the issue privately. This also happened again in September 2025, almost a year after we have sold you the home. At this point, we redirected your concerns back to the builder and advised you bring this up through a legal forum with the solicitors, to which we did not receive a response. We appreciate you are frustrated and we are always willing to help post-completion however, after this point, issues such as these do become a legal issue and can rarely be solved by an estate agent especially when involving bad installation and even more so when you are in direct contact with the developer. I came back from holiday late Friday…

I came back from holiday late Friday night to find a leak in my kitchen. I emailed Nikki Gardener at Prospect at although she doesn't work weekends she was straight on the ball first thing Saturday morning....I had a plumber round and all sorted before midday...would absolutely recommend Prospect and Nikki Gardener...thankyou

Helpful, Friendly and Professional

We had a great experience working with Charlotte! As first-time renters, we weren’t sure what to expect, but Charlotte made the whole process smooth and easy to understand from start to finish. She was always friendly, responsive, and happy to answer all our questions, no matter how small. Charlotte kept us updated at every step and really helped take the stress out of the process.
