Cameron was always on time for viewings and was always really helpful. I felt confident with prospects and they completed their side of the process as good as it could be. If we moved again I would definately use prospects again and hopefully Cameron.

Appalling experience, an absolute disgrace and non professional customer experience. I do not recommend to come near to this letting agency who made me took time off for a viewing, did not show up and made me wait in the cold hanging without a phone call. They also had the audacity to claim that somebody was at the property while I was waiting at the front door.

GoogleWe recently completed as first time buyers. Our purchase was handled by Bernadette Martin at Prospect. We found Bernadette to be very proactive and pragmatic, our purchase process was lengthy and came up with lots of conveyancing issues. However this process was made easier by Bernadette's efforts to resolve any issues that were raised and she was always quick to respond to any queries that we had.
