Prospect (specifically Assistant Manager Beth Murphy) just completed a sale for us of a 4 bedroom property in Finchampstead. Beth gave a pretty good presentation to win our trust at the outset and we went with Prospect over several other Estate Agencies. There were a few wobbles along the way when the eventual buyers were struggling to sell their own home but Beth was great at communicating and kept the process moving along - ultimately to a completion not far short of our asking price (and in excess of what some other agencies suggested we could get). I have no hesitation in recommending Beth and Prospect.

I rented a flat under prospect for a year and have recently existed due to person reasons however prospect were nothing but informative and helpful in the exit of lease. our property manager was Vicky Crispp and during the course of the tenancy was nothing but helpful, she arranged with the landlord new sofas coming to the house due to our old ones being broken, she had the extract fans fixed and was very speedy in helping us get our deposit back due to a delay from the landlord. I would like to thank Vicky and prospect for all there help while I rented the property and say thank you for all the support they gave when existing contract.

Prospect is renting a property in Frimley (Camberley) to us. We found that at times when we needed to pay money or they needed us to do some paperwork urgently then they were very quick to communicate. But when we needed something from them such as a broken Goodlord link making it hard to complete our references, then they were unable to help. They were also very slow to produce the tenancy agreement and I had to call to chase them up several times, then they expected us to complete our steps quite quickly. However, we have managed to get to the point of renting and everything else has gone fine. In particular Edward Joslin has been helpful in giving us the information required to rent the property.

I got home the other day to find a leak from the Upstairs Flat. I contacted my Managing Agents who have been amazing. They told me what to do, they contacted Prospect who promised to contact me. That is where things went wrong. ALady called Betsy who is responsible for the Flat above where the leak came from, and this is not the first leak caused by the Tenant, and Betsy is managing that Flat.All week I had rang and left Messages for her no responses. Finally yesterday afternoon got through to her, and there was not an apology or excuse why she had not called me back. All I got was someone will contact you for the Repairs, no name nothing. Sure just fobbing me off like the owner before me. As I Had to make good the last leak.Do not trust Betsy with anything or Prospect. All they have cared about is they got the Tenant a replacement Washing Machine. How about the inconvienience to me. They are not bothered and could not care less.If you are thinking of buying in Maidenhead make sure the Flat above is not managed by Prospect and definitely not Betsy. Her attitude stinks. Should go and see how good Cluttons are who looks after the Block arecompared to this amateurish Company and the awful Staff who work there. I am so angry with Betsy.Kind Regards

I have been renting my property for 11 years, with Prospect being the managing agent since January 2024, and working with someone who I can trust to handle everything professionally and in a timely fashion is extremely important to me. Fortunately, having Nikki Gardner as my property manager means that I do not have to worry about anything, always receive excellent service, and I cannot praise her highly enough.

She is very professional and friendly and has managed my property very efficiently . I had a somewhat epic chain with my sale and purchase and everything was going along as expected until it wasn’t! Beth came into her own at this point and grabbed it with both hands. She absolutely stepped up and went above and beyond in terms of chasing, calling, emailing. She did way more that the other agents involved in the chain and I’m now comfortably settling in my new house! Something I don’t think that would have happened if Beth hadn’t been prepared to herd all those pesky cats for me! You only know how good someone is when things go wrong…. Thanks Beth!
