Google3 months ago, my world was turned upside down when neither of my parents could no longer drive. It left them with no choice to sell their beloved home of 55 years in Old Windsor and move just up the road from me. She went out of her way to make sure our buyer was getting stuff done. We believe between her and a 3rd party involved with the purchase of our new home, they got this done on time! We thank you so much for pushing our buyer because we soon learnt a few weeks after moving that they had absolutely no interest in living in our old home and have now LET this out thus confirming why it was more stressful waiting on them getting documents sent (they didnt really care it seemed, either too layed back or incompetent). We genuinely thought we were going to lose our buyer 1 week before Completion and by this point, both us and our sellers were already underway with moving and selling items. Shelby did what she could to get this over the line so we thank you!

GoogleWent to view a property marketed by the Frost Partnership today on Arthur Road, Windsor after traveling from Ealing. I arrived 45 minutes early and called the agent to confirm the viewing. 30 minutes later I was called and told that an offer had been accepted and the property was now sold. 1). There was no intention of meeting me at the property and it completely wasted my time 2) If I was selling the property and I had two prospecting buyers in the Market i would be looking for the best offer. Something that that Frost Partnership sales team didn't have the patience to test today. I would never buy with an agent that wasn't respectful of time nor sell with an agent that wasn't willing to do the due diligence to get me the best offer possible.
