The frustrating experience of dealing with a tenant who hadn’t paid rent for 4 months and an accounting team who hadn’t chased the debt, contacted the guarantor or provided an account statement during the period. I was most frustrated when calling the area office. However, Rebecca answered my call and listened to my issues, heard my frustration and took the time to agree a course of action. Not only did she accurately outline the situation, advise what steps she would take to gather the information and committed to contacting me with updates. To be called back with an update was most refreshing and unusual having previously left more than 5 messages for a manager and not receiving a call back.

I had an amazing experience buying my first property, and that’s largely thanks to Denise from the Windsor branch. From the very beginning, she was incredibly helpful, friendly, and patient - which made the whole process feel a lot less overwhelming. She showed us the property multiple times without any hesitation and was always happy to answer questions or offer advice. Even after the offer was accepted, Denise stayed really involved and proactive. She chased solicitors and the seller regularly, which helped to speed things up significantly - something I really appreciated as a first-time buyer unfamiliar with the process. Her communication throughout the whole thing was excellent. She kept me updated every step of the way and was always quick to respond, even outside of normal working hours. What really stood out was how much she genuinely cared. At one point, she even went as far as contacting a neighbour to help me find the gas meters at the new place - something that wasn’t really her responsibility, but she did it without hesitation. I honestly can’t thank Denise enough for all her help. She made a stressful process so much smoother and more manageable. I’d highly recommend her and The Frost Partnership to anyone looking to buy a home.

2.5 years ago, Nicola Thornton at Frosts Windsor did an amazing job when my parents needed to move closer to me and leave their beloved home of 55 years in Meadow Way Old Windsor. When a dear friend who I had grown up with came to me for help my friend lived 4 doors away from my parents and had lived in the same house all her life and decided to downsize I said I would with pleasure but with one condition she had to use the wonderful Nicola Thornton at Frosts of Windsor. I would like to thank Chris, Denise, Nicola, at the Windsor office for yet another first-class job. Nicola I would like to thank you personally you have been outstanding like last time you show such compassion and kindness when somebody has been in a home for 57 years it is a long time nothing was again to much trouble, I have had a career in sales for the last 35 years and you are one of the best negotiators I have ever come across. I had a viewing booked with The Frost Partnership at 4:00 pm and no one showed up. I called the office several times and each time they seemed completely unaware of what was going on, putting me on hold and saying “someone is on the way.” I waited outside the property until 4:15, when another person arrived for the same viewing and had the exact same issue. We both called again and at around 4:20 they told us “someone will be there in 5 minutes,” but no one ever came. I had driven and left work early to attend this viewing, only for my time to be completely wasted. Every time I called, they acted confused, saying they can’t find who was supposed to show you. This level of disorganization and lack of communication is totally unprofessional. If this is how they handle viewings, I can’t imagine how they would manage a tenancy or property. Very disappointing experience, I would not recommend them to anyone.
