Victoria at this branch has contacted me relentlessly - virtually to the point of harassment. Even after I've told her multiple times in the past not to ever contact me again, the calls continue. These people are like a dog with a bone. As soon as they got my details they will *not* stop emailing and phoning me about letting my property through them. Their internal systems are a disaster. Plenty of good estate agents out there. Would avoid Chancellors, and in particular Victoria, at all costs.

Cheats. That is the only way to describe these estate agents, as cheats. My 84 year old mother who was selling her property with Chancellors was advised by Portia, the estate agent, that an offer was accepted on her house but the potential buyers could not proceed any further, until my mother found another house to buy. When my mother did find another property to buy via Ewe Move estate agents, who subsequently rang Portia at Chancellors to let her know, literally minutes later, Portia rang myself to let me know that the potential buyer for my mothers property had pulled out because they did not want to be part of a chain, even though they knew from December 2022 when they put the offer in, that we were in a chain. Clearly, there was never an offer made in the first place on my mothers house by Chancellors and they were just fooling us all, the whole time just to make up their statistics as that is clearly all they care about and not their clients. Thank goodness we decided to take Roger Platt on board as well towards the end of last year, who have been wonderful and professional, every step of the way.

After a very long day, I finally found a property I wanted to view. After 17:30, I rang Chancellors in the expectation of leaving a voice message, but I got through to Shannon Lumbard. Within the next 3-4 minutes she asked me the relevant questions, was, kind, patient, and understanding, and didn't end the conversation until she was satisfied I understood everything. After the call, within 5 minutes, she'd emailed me confirmation of the viewing at a time that was perfect for me. This is what excellent customer service looks like!
