GoogleWe contacted Chancellors very recently re the letting of our flat in Maidenhead and we've been greatly impressed by the team. Being helpful, friendly and committed seems to come naturally to them... Victoria has been the lynchpin and a wealth of info, advice and good humour - much needed and appreciated. She has also kept us in the loop very regularly regarding viewings, feedback and Rightmove statistics. We now have tenants ready to move in, so hurrah and thank you.

GoogleKyle at chancellors Maidenhead has been excellent this last year. The chancellors team came around my house last year and out of all the agents I had over they were the most honest and professional so I picked them. I put my house on the market but due to my sports contract had to take it off the market. Kyle at the branch kept in contact with me every month not to pushy but just enough. I put my property back on the market with them this year and they found me a buyer with in 6 weeks. Whole process was smooth and efficient from the offer being agreed to exchange and even though there progressions team where pushing everything through for me kyle called me every Tuesday to make sure things where going ahead still and made sure I was happy.

GoogleChancellors were the third agency we used primarily because they had a very attractive New Launch offer. We were a little sceptical at first about whether they would be as proactive as we would wish. However, our fears were unjustified and Laura & her team, especially Melissa, were instrumental in achieving a high level of viewings, good communication and a successful sale (stc). Although Melissa was our assigned agent, thanks should go to James & Chris who were also very helpful and pleasant. We now have an assigned administrator, Richard, who is doing a very good job of informing us about progress. Thank you all very much for your continuing efforts and good luck with the new venture.

GoogleChancellors Maidenhead have been exceptional. From first calling in, to the initial appointment with Laura and then at every step along the way I have been impressed. The team are polite, courteous, great fun and incredibly professional - all very polished and great to deal with. James, Chris and Sam are a pleasure to speak to - always on hand to support and assist. Melissa was our main contact and she was incredible - very efficient, on the case non-stop and great at keeping me updated on progress, she has a great way of engaging with people and is a credit to the business. I can't recommend Chancellors highly enough!!!!

GoogleDefinitely read the small print in detail before doing anything with these guys, their contract terms are with the intent to be remunerated for no work done and it ties you in to sell with them whether or not they are delivering value, definitely not customer centric-all about getting paid at all costs for them.

GoogleWe have recently agreed a sale (SSTC) on our property through Chancellors new Maidenhead branch. The service we have received throughout the process has been professional and in particular, Melissa has been extremely helpful and responsive in assisting us with everything since our initial enquiry. We also met with Laura and Chris who were very pleasant too. We would be happy to recommend them or use their services again in the future. A big thank you to all.
