GooglePortia from Chancellor’s Maidenhead branch met me at the property, promptly and with a smile. She was informative and unhurried, allowing me time to look carefully and take a few additional photos. Any questions she was unable to answer immediately she noted to find out after my visit and let me know in a follow up call the next day.

GoogleIncompetent - rubbish response times - avoid.renting Asked them to get us the pin code for the communal bike shed.. still waiting .. decided to make use of the 6 month break clause and they are violating response times and comms to landlord - some people have genuine issues which are time sensitive - not cool professional or considerate

GoogleI would give a Zero rating as this is what the Maidenhead branch deserve!!. Dont waste your time and money in selling your property with them especially with the Sales Client Manager!!! completely USELESS and ignorant .... just tells you a pack of lies!!

GoogleThought a 1 room shed in someone’s garden for £1000pcm was fair and legal. Misleading or false pictures. Expect people to believe a shed has an energy efficiency rating of C and hold up to building regulations for rented accommodation.

GoogleAfter finding a buyer very quickly and getting a good price for my house, the service unfortunately deteriorated and I was left disappointed. Messages weren't passed on, there was a spelling mistake on the floorplan that was never corrected, and the contact with the sales progression team was very impersonal and kinda pointless. James and Ceri's good service in the branch was let down by the staff around them.
