We were renting a property from chancellors that we then purchased. Over a month post purchase they still haven’t paid us back our deposit - they don’t answer us when we chase and still can’t give us a timeline even though the payment was agreed over a month ago.

A review for Shelby Chandler-Wootton as she was our middle to last contact who helped achieve what we thought was the impossible. She went out of her way to make sure our buyer was getting stuff done. We believe between her and a 3rd party involved with the purchase of our new home, they got this done on time! We thank you so much for pushing our buyer because we soon learnt a few weeks after moving that they had absolutely no interest in living in our old home and have now LET this out thus confirming why it was more stressful waiting on them getting documents sent (they didnt really care it seemed, either too layed back or incompetent). We genuinely thought we were going to lose our buyer 1 week before Completion and by this point, both us and our sellers were already underway with moving and selling items. Shelby did what she could to get this over the line so we thank you!

My interactions during my search for a house with Hannah have been so wonderful, and one that needs recognition. Despite the negatives I got from friends regarding how less helpful the chancellor would be for me to find a house, was proven wrong through her and other team members i come across when I visited the office. She was professional and supportive all the way, until a house was found. I am so grateful to the institution and her. God be with you all as you continue supporting the community. GoogleThe Maidenhead Chancellors lettings team - specifically Maurice and Scott, have been absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process of my partner and I'd move. From clear communication at the initial viewings, to a streamlined application process, and finally actually getting us into the property! They have been on the ball consistently, and always quick to reply to any queries and problems we encountered. We're especially grateful given that we were moving so close to Christmas - when things can get a little stressy! But wasn't the case with Chancellors. So far, very very happy with the service that the lettings team have provided for us. Just hoping that the property management team are as efficient and friendly!

GoogleI was there recently and met Senior Lettings Manager, Maurice, that was my first time to meet him personally. I have been talking to him over the phone so many times, he's very professional, helpful, patience, friendly and hardworking. Sometimes, I received his email around seven o'clock to keep you updated. As a landlord, I am very pleased that he and his team are helping me. Honestly, he's not only doing the job as a Senior Lettings Manager, no matter what you ask about the property, he'll try his best to help. Well, you can say that's his work, but he is doing his work very seriously, that's why he deserves five stars.

GoogleVictoria at this branch has contacted me relentlessly - virtually to the point of harassment. Even after I've told her multiple times in the past not to ever contact me again, the calls continue. These people are like a dog with a bone. As soon as they got my details they will *not* stop emailing and phoning me about letting my property through them. Their internal systems are a disaster. Plenty of good estate agents out there. Would avoid Chancellors, and in particular Victoria, at all costs.
